A friend asked me to try out the 5:30am, early morning Adult Body Conditioning class with her (they have several other times as well but this time is the only one I couldn't make an excuse for!) and ever since then I have been HOOKED! Not only does this class give me more energy throughout my day and more confidence in my body, it does wonders for the mind and spirit! Somehow... I wake up 4-5x's per week and drive 20 minutes to what I refer to as 'my therapy'. The workouts are never the same and the trainers are amazing; working closely with each person on perfecting our form for the best possible results. Everyone is beyond supportive and motivating and as a bonus, I have made so many new friends here. Finding this gym has ignited a fire within me and I now look forward to starting my day on the right foot.... NEVER thought I would say this but 'Early morning workout people', I am now one of you and finally understand why you do it! ****I HIGHLY recommend giving Pro Sports Performance a try to see for yourself!

When I first started the program I weighed in at 109lbs (very small, no muscle or strength) I am currently at 120lbs of pure muscle and strength. Garrett didn't just help me physically get stronger but mentally also. Throughout my life I always lacked confidence in myself by thinking I would never get stronger or have the body i dreamed of but when I met Garrett everything changed. I started seeing results within a month of working with him. I never knew how to deadlift correctly, what "push" or "pull"meant let alone know what workouts target which muscles. He motivates me everyday to get better and stronger and I am truly so grateful for that.
