It has indoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, and an indoor track. Also, outdoor volleyball courts with tournaments you can sign up for, a bike trail (I think). Excellent customer service. Spectacular amities. Bonus features when you become a member. Options for different workout clubs. Skilled trainers. Child care and camps. Lifetime Fitness has it all. I have been very pleased to experience most of what Lifetime offers and I like so many things about it already. Memberships starts at $99 a month and can be customized to what you need or want for your fitness goals. I appreciate the one on one training I've received already. The accountability and relationship development is money well spent. During COVID19 review: masks are not required for entry. Employees were all masked until recent Governor Mask Mandate was lifted earlier in May 2021. Excellent sanitation protocols. Social distance is good. (As good as it can get for a gym.) Everyone is very respectful of space and cleaning their work area/equipment. Busiest times of the gym are weekday mornings 5:00-8:00 am. Gets busy off and on during mid morning till late afternoon. Busy again after work hours. Less busiest time is 6:30pm - 11:00pm close on week days. Weekends are fantastic too as it's less busy. Overall I highly recommend Lifetime Fitness as a one stop shop gym.

She went in September (she is a teacher so only certain times work in the school months as opposed to the summer months when was told they were opening). She went for her couple of free weeks in September and decided to cancel. She wa sthen told it was two weeks from opening not two weeks when she first went so we found out they charged her another month on our credit card on September 23rd. She tried to get it removed on September 28th and they said she needs to give a 30 day notice. She signed a form that said the date then is October 23rd. Lo and behold we are charged again on the 23rd of October for the next month!! My wife had texted the owner Joe back on October 19th to verify her membership is over and we won't be charged again. No response. Yesterday she texted him again and asked why he didn't respond to the earlier text and his response was "it looks like your message from 10/19 was missed". Sure it was. Be careful signing up with the gym and read the fine print carefully. My wife's "two week free membership" has turned into $258 and three month membership. No shame in what they screw people out of.

This gym has a decent amount of cardio machines, along with several squat racks (three of em) and a couple of pulley machines. For bench pressing, there's no conventional bench presses, rather, they have racks, where you can place barbell holders at and move over a bench so you have an impromptu bench press. They also have a decent amount of dumbbells. I really liked the crossfit area as they got racks to perform them silly kip pullups along with medicine balls and Olympic plates. They also have a decent padded section where you can do stretches. BATHROOM REVIEW: This is more about the locker room. Pretty decent, with no naked old men walking around air-drying their nether regions. That's great in my book. Sit or squat? Squat.... it's still a locker room :-P

Since no place is perfect though, I would like to say it would be nice if some new equipment were being cycled in soon, it keeps the vibe higher if customers see improvement and change for the better since isnt that the whole reason most people go to the gym is to improve and change for the better....
