I recently had to cancel my membership and he said maybe ten words in all to me and did not care about the cancellation. From my previous experiences with gyms I've never dealt with such a manager. Classes are now mostly during working hours, and when I booked a high-intensity "Pulse" class, I was placed into a completely different matcha/barre-style format. Not comparable to what was advertised or what I originally signed up for. The class also ended short of the full 60 minutes, which is part of what this studio promotes at a premium price point. Management's response has been to strictly enforce a 30-day cancellation policy rather than address the change in service. If you need consistency in schedule and class format, this may not be the right fit.

There used to be personal trainers available. I'm not sure if there are any longer. I haven't seen one in along time. Some of the equipment needs to be fixed and it's pretty clear it won't be. For example two of the treadmills are way off with the amount of calories burned. It seems to be a computer glitch. Another treadmill is missing some of the handle bar and there are exposed wires.. Which to me seems a Ike an issue but it's been that way for a long time. It close to my house, reasonably priced, and open all the time.

I didn't try the kickboxing classes, although I wish I would have because they sound like a phenomenal workout, but we did do CrossFit three times. One day was an open gym style in the evening but they still program a WOD you can do - or work on your own thing which is a great complement to traditional training because we all have weaknesses and this is a great time to focus on some of those things, but the programmed WOD is always a good option too. The CrossFit class we did join was great. I have an injury preventing me from doing several movements but the coach made a quick adjustment for me so I could still join and have a really good workout. The box is spacious with new high quality and clean equipment (which surprisingly you don't find everywhere) and the programming was excellent. If I lived in the Nevada area I would totally join this box. I travel a lot for work and have visited several CrossFit's across the country and this is one of the best ones I've been to, I highly recommend them.
