When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I tried contacting the store and left a voicemail with my information, but no one called me back. A week later, I finally reached the same salesman who took my online order. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.

This last year or so they've had the WORST scalper prices for their Pokemon cards! For example,…read moretoday, a $120 Charizard set being sold at $200, on release day. What??? Everywhere else is selling at or slightly above the $120. What are they selling it so high?? Another example is a $15 Gengar deck being sold at $40. Again..what?? Who is paying this?? The staff is all friendly and helpful and will be able to direct you where you're going. The layout is a little wonky, I don't know if it's because of the overall size of the store, or just that it's laid out poorly. But once you get your bearings you'll be able to figure it out. The parking lot is also awkward to get in and out of, and also awkwardly located in relation to the main entrance. But any REI is a good REI and I'm glad this place is here.

My friend is a legal Idaho resident with an Idaho driver's license and meets all residency requirements to purchase a handgun in Idaho. Despite this, Chad refused to proceed with the sale because my friend is temporarily living out of state for school, which is not disqualifying under federal law. What made this worse was Chad's attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen, and when we asked to speak with a manager to clarify the situation, he flat-out refused to get one. No explanation, no attempt to verify policy, just a hard no and an unprofessional tone. If this is a corporate policy issue, that's fine but customers deserve accurate information and respectful service, not misinformation and stonewalling. Refusing to escalate to a manager when requested is unacceptable. I expected better from a company of this size. I'll be taking my business to a local gun shop that actually understands the law and treats customers with respect.
