I particularly like this place. They have clothes for husky men. They have a good selection of shirts, pants, underwear, socks, and a whole lot more. The price are not bad , but you have to remember this is quality constructed clothing and made for real working men and women that are out in the work force. Great customer service, well appointed store-eye candy from the get-go with restored '40s pickup just inside. Lovely variety of merchandise. That said... I would offer this tip. Don't assume the sizing/fit will be consistent. A change of color in the same pair of pants or same size in different (but similar) style can vary up to 2". Try on every pair or you'll be rolling the dice. The explanation is, "We had a change of supplier". We've been online customers of Duluth for years but it ALWAYS requires a trip to the store to do a return. Then, because we live well-out of Spokane County, it's a return trip to town or doubling-up on an online credit purchase. I think it's time to look again at Carhartt. Even if Duluth items are purchased during a good sale, the trips and lag time for shipping nearly-wipe-out the savings. read more

Love the friendly employees, they are somewhat pricey but worth it because they are good quality. My husband and I went there to get him some clothes for work and he bought their fire hose pants I believe? My husband loves them! If you know Duluth, you know they are EXPENSIVE because they really work quality into their clothing. So this review has nothing to do with pricing. I went to this store after it had been open for about 3 weeks. It was so clean, well lit, and easy to navigate despite all the clothing and items they had for sale. I was so impressed with the women's selection. Most "work clothes" companies do not have a lot of womens items to select from, but these guys do. There was a wide range of athletic wear, outdoor wear, and day to day wear for women in lots of colors. I tried on a lot of items and found that their sizes accommodate ALL sizes of women- what a bonus!!! Obviously the men's selection was large as well with a ton of things to see, but I didnt take a very close look at it. read more

I picked up a pair of firehouse pants with the cool "curve setter" waistband that doesn't gap when you bend or squat as well as a women's no-tug tank. Okay I really like the quality of their clothes. The sizes for men are made in US sizes... No made on China sizes... XL is a true size... My husband who usually has to get 2x or 3x can comfortably wear a XL. So be prepared to pay for quality clothing... But you get what you pay for... Thick material, comfortable and did I mention real sizes... We have bought Men's pants (flex), Men's jeans (flex), Men's t-shirts, Men's long sleeve shirts, Men's bare naked underwear, Men's socks (huge hit), lunch box, travel mug...etc. So I can say I bought a shirt and jeans... Why two stars? Well, let's start with high prices for made in China. I love Duluth clothing but hate the Commie manufacturing. I went in the Spokane Valley store, was quickly greeted and instantly ignored. I was literally the only customer. As I wandered blindly about, trying to find what I needed, I grew increasingly frustrated. Every time I tried to catch the eye of an employee, they quickly averted my gaze and pretended to fold clothes. Finally, I took what I could find to the register. "Hi! Did you find what you were looking for?" said the chipper girl at register. "No, I didn't." To which she replied, "Oh, that's too bad. That'll be $180!" Really? That's what you call service? What is this place? A shell to launder mafia money? Do you people actually care about satisfied customers? Do you just come here to hang out and play hide and go seek? read more

Great store. It's well lit, organized even though there is a lot there. Pricey? Yes, most definitely. But that's the piece you pay for quality. Staff is friendly and helpful each of the times I've been there. Their underwear is as comfortable as they claim. I'm a guy and can only attest for those. As for the made in USA comment, not all of their products are made in the USA, would t hurt for some of you guys to lean to read instead of assumptions or hearsay. A new favorite store. read more

Number one, their prices are outrageous. $60 for a short sleeve cotton blouse?! Not special....Number two, no toilet seat covers in the women's restroom. Don't cut corners in the bathroom and then overcharge for clothes. Number three, the lounge room where you can watch their commercials in a comfy chair with a coffee. Seriously? This is not what I expected when I walked in the door. Very clean and neat like you where walking in a Macy's. I was expecting it to be a little more rugged I guess but very nice, for that it would have been 5 stars. Now for the real negative for me was the sticker price shock. I realize they have nice clothes but the price tags are something you would see at Gucci. There return program is very good but why do you need it if your stuff is that good. I don't think the Buck Naked underwear are worth 30 bucks a pair as they are made good they really didn't moisture wick as good as another brand I own for way less. I bought a few items to try and they are good but the underwear. Now here is the kicker, I left and went to Cabelas after that and I have to say for the 1st time that Cabela was so much cheaper with the same great quality.
