If you know me, I love a good cocktail ring or fine jewelry at a bargain. When I walked in, I was greeted by Taylor and her sweet dog, Draco. She answered all of my questions regarding the rings that I tried on and also cleaned my engagement ring for me! I appreciated that she wasn't trying to push any sales on me and was just helpful in explaining their store policy and price on any and all the that I viewed. This store is conveniently located right off of Peachtree Industrial Rd. and has plenty of free parking in front of the store. They are located in a shopping center, next to Tina's Alternation. This store sells everything from electronics, lawn care tools, guitars, sportswear and more. For anyone that is interested in shopping at a pawn shop, I'd recommend checking out Peachtree Corners Loan and Pawn. I learned they are a family business and they truly have fantastic customer service. I can't speak for pawning any items here, because I don't have any intentions or needs for that service, however, I look forward to visiting this shop again very soon to purchase some decor items for our new home. On January 8 2025 I went into Premiere Pawn Shop and purchased a watch for $30..I wore the watch…read morethe following day on my birthday and I wore it again January 27 when I returned the watch and the clasp separated and dropped with no damage to the watch the clasp just fell off...I went into Premiere Pawn today February 4th 2025..Employee Jason was standing outside...he walked in right before me as I walked up to the counter..I presented him with the watch explaining what happened stating I did not have my receipt he asked for my telephone number I stated that I didn't want a refund just maybe a simpler watch or credit...after looking at the computer for about 3 or so minutes he says sorry he couldn't help me and suggested I take it to Jared's Jewlery to have them repair it and I asked is Premiere Pawn going to pay for the repair he replied No I asked for the store manager he replied I'm the store manager and I asked what the lady who was the store manager each time I'd done business here before he said let me go get her but she's going to tell you the same thing I said please go get her Jason went into the back after a minutes he returned and said come back in a hour she's on lunch but she's going to tell you the same thing..I left the store how can I get a refund or a store credit for my $30 purchase the watch is broken the clasp just slid right off of the watch band..Ernest Butler
