The next day, Juan quickly confirmed the Amplifier issue and offered to fix it immediately. In just 60 minutes, Juan resolved the problem, and the repair cost was only $400.00. Do NOT bring your business to this place. Three and a half years just to get a part in for a well-known and popular turntable. And in this time, NO calls, responses, emails, texts, no information whatsoever only to have them call with this complete and utter garbage.
