I asked if there were other lower cost options and he said other options cost even more. I didn't trust him because it is Best Buy. It was $10 cheaper than the one he/they wanted to upsale. It's also telling that none of the reviews have seemingly received responses from store mgt or even corporate.

Intimidating -- pulling a police officer into the mix for god knows what was completely unnecessary. I wasn't being belligerent -- I was asking valid questions and got treated like I was a problem. The "Geek Squad" here couldn't geek their way out of a paper bag. They acted like they know everything, but when push came to shove, they had no answers. Refused to explain extra charges. Didn't tell me what was happening, didn't give me the courtesy of simple respect. To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement. I want this to be one of the first things discussed at their next staff / management meeting. I want them to feel the weight of this, because they deserve to. If I were running the show for corporate, I'd be looking at shutting this location down -- the level of dysfunction is staggering. They are driving business away, not welcoming it. My selection was available at this location but not at several other locations near my residence. The value was great and a lot more affordable than other retail stores. Thankfully the third time was the charm! I needed to add a new phone line and home internet service, which I was bit nervous about since I've never dealt with T-Mobile for internet. I was even prepared to stick with Xfinity, if necessary. I arrived to this location which was at capacity but somehow only had to wait for about 5 minutes for assistance. Niko was kind, extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything in under 30 minutes. I had a million questions and he was an expert on it all. The kicker is that a person with me had chronic pain issues, so speed, efficiency and kindness was crucial that day. Anyhow, got home and plugged in the modem, which worked instantly just as advised. I also witnessed Niko jumping in to help a coworker in need. Definitely an amazing employee all around and I must give this experience a deserved 5 stars.

They ordered the parts and had my dual subwoofer back up and running. However, I live 5 hours away and they said I had 30 days to pick up since the item was still under warranty. That worked out perfectly for me because I was going through Atlanta to fly out of country and upon returning was able to grab my sub and bring it back home. I was so excited to hear my sub bang out the bottom end that I knew it was capable of. I would definitely recommend them for any hifi/ professional equipment repairs
