    We were first-time homebuyers and couldn't have found a better match. Roger Scheeve was a font of…read moreenergy and knowledge about the neighborhoods in Cleveland. Our experience with him started with a guided tour across the city to look at properties on both the east and west side. He maintained that high level of service throughout our interaction; he was always available by phone and email, met us when we came to town to do some in-person scouting, and kept looking for the perfect place for us when we were gone. We can't recommend him highly enough. He loves Cleveland and has made sharing the city's true nature one of his primary goals. He never sugarcoated anything, but he was consistently positive, even when the stress of house hunting was getting us down. Most importantly, he became a friend in addition to being our realtor. We'll be seeing a lot of him over the next few years, and if we ever move out we'll be able to hire him as our property manager.

Is it realistic that the Suzanne contacted the agent, who then contacted the seller and everyone replied so quick that I was able to receive a reply within two minutes? My brother initially made contact with her and he had asked me about how I felt about her after initially talking with her on the phone. I told him she seemed fine. I can see now that his guy feeling was correct and that she was not a good choice.

Email responses take far too long, and their communication portal within their app has never functioned properly. * Cost vs. Value: Our HOA pays M2 $22,800 annually for managing 108 homes with no amenities, which feels exorbitant given the level of service provided. * Questionable Practices: I was shocked to learn that M2 charged a homeowner $500 just to produce a letter confirming their account status for a sale. * Inaccurate Accounting: Many residents, including myself, have reported significant errors in monthly statements. For instance, I received a statement indicating I was $1,300 in arrears, while my dues are only $150/month, despite my consistent on-time payments. * Agent Conduct: The agent assigned to our account has a reputation for being unapproachable and often makes homeowners feel like adversaries rather than valued clients. * Concerns About Potential Ethics Issues: It is worth noting that the attorney representing our HOA is married to the attorney working for M2. This raises concerns about possible impropriety and lack of transparency. In summary, I cannot recommend M2 Property Management based on my experience. Our community deserves better service and accountability.

Heather Reller is such an awesome Manager to work for in the recording Department she made me feel very welcoming. It's really nice when your manager gives you a written recommendation for only working for her for three months. That made me feel extremely good! During my time there I was able to meet the owner Jerome along with his daughter "Ashley". Jerome is a very personable person, who knew, he would have known my name and introduced himself to me, hell, I was just a temp. Most owners don't do that at all! Temps sometimes just get ignored, so that made my day! With that being said, after my assignment ended, I really didn't want to leave, however, six months later I was working as a temp for another company and Heather text me asking if I wanted to come back permanently working in a different department? Of course, I told her yes and I sent my updated resume within the hour. My new manager Deneil is awesome as well, I had to start immediately as the person I was taking over the desk, was starting a new job a week after I started. It was a struggle learning something new within week and I'm still learning. My manager Deneil and her manager Sherri both are very understanding when it comes to taking the time to show me and making sure I understand what I'm doing. If I make a mistake it's not just thrown at me but explained to me what was done wrong and how I can fix the issue. I have only been working for this company since April of this year and I can say, this company is an excellent company to work for. Our company also has weekly meetings to show recognition for employees and go over the numbers/ productivity we all our doing in the company as a whole.
