Their website and payoff email survey asks if you want to receive title same day or have it mailed, I selected same day pick up come to find out that the website is posted wrong and they don't do same day release. What a joke right, supposedly it was MY mistake to have "misread" it. Clearly the website says "as soon as the same day". Don't waste your time. Find another place. Save yourself the hassle.
