I actually hate that I felt I had to do that, but sometimes 'you just need to go to the bank.' I find the staff pleasant and helpful, and the locations convenient. However, the IT Dept can't hold a candle to my years of online and mobile banking experiences with BOA. Example...once I got used to where my bills were coming from, I opted in to online stmts because I didn't think I needed paper copies any longer. Then I had an issue and I needed a paper copy. I couldn't access one and had to get out of the online program to get one. Another example...their rewards program is so complicated I gave up on it and switched to a different card that offers better and more easily accessible rewards. For goodness sake, if they're going to offer a rewards program, why do they only allow redemption in $25 increments? It's an "ok" bank. Most certainly not my favorite financial provider.

I have asked several times to speak to the owner of this business. After I was encouraged to give…read morethem another try, after they messed up on a previous loan. Here I am again. My complaint is the fact that the employees input my information in wrong, on the pay online service. For almost a whole year I accumulated charges, as I was not able to use the convenience of the online service. My birthdate was wrong, my SS# was input wrong by one of the employees. They would call every month, after the due date, telling me I was late. My thing is why should I not be able to use a convenience that is available to all customers. They tried to correct it several times, were unable to. I was told if I brought them 147.00 that I could get my title. I feel that it is unfair for them to ask me to bring them anything, considering that I was paying late fees through no fault of my own. They keep calling me on the phone, however; if I can't speak to the owner, I don't want to speak to anyone, as he was the one who encouraged me to use them again...I am going to complain to the BBB as well. If it had been a one time occurrence, I could have looked over it...but; to have an issue, each time I used them, is unacceptable. It smacks of incompetence.
