Wells Fargo has specifically said that checks deposited must have an account number or social security number written on the back, and that a signature is not required for deposits only. On four previous deployments, everything worked fine. Today Wells Fargo refused the deposit and said an endorsement signature was required. My neighbor spoke with the branch manager and only encountered a stone wall. She even implored them to call me to clear up any misunderstanding, which they refused to do. When I'm in the Middle-East while everything is turning to chaos, I didn't need Wells Fargo changing the rules in mid-stream or showing definite signs of cranial rectal inversion. The branch at Continental Ranch on Silverbell in Marana has some serious management issues. I'll be changing banks upon my return.

They decided that I do not matter nor do any of your customers and you can do whatever they want. One Main is an unethical company that practices fraudulent advertising. You are a bait and switch company that preys on their unsuspecting customers. She also was not able to understand that, reiterating that in order to file an extension I had to have filled out the form from the IRS and without that, they couldn't process my loan. This last Christmas they decided to hold a check she sent to help us out for a full 6 days (again from the same account to the same account for over 20 years) which threw my account in arrears and completely ruined my last Christmas with my youngest child. There has NEVER been an issue with any of the checks received over the decades. There is no such thing as loyalty with this credit union and they couldn't care less about their members!

The ATM machine attached to the bank malfunction on my cash deposit…read more The machine kept the significant cash deposit and only provided a transaction slip with a 1-800 number to call. I went in to speak to a teller when it opened and I was giving the shoulder shrug and a business card with a number to call. They offered no assistance and stated there was nothing they could do. I immediately submitted a claim and 48 hours later there is no status. Now it could take up to 10 to 45 business days as claims just go into a queue. Several follow up phone calls produced zero new information other than it's in the queue for "research".
