I have recently taken over caring for my brother who suffered a severe brain injury, and all I can say is that it was nightmare. They send out people on a temporary basis which is not good in my situation. I told them to stop sending temps to my home because my brother does not do good with change and with soooo many people coming in. They said they were going to hire someone specifically for my brother, it took about 8 weeks for them to send someone out meanwhile, I am exhausted! They send the woman out and the first day I thought she's great! Over a couple of days she's falling asleep and absolutely, could not wait to put him to bed, she determined he was tired, that's my families job, not hers. I could go on and on. Finally, I was told they would no longer help me. I absolutely could not believe it, I am continuing to struggle finding help. I would not recommend this company.

The lady on the phone told me to take my tanks to the office and I could get replacement tanks, as I need them for when i am away from my home. Not once did any mention of collection agaency or payment, they were trying to help me and offered this unknown info, any patient cannot be denied oxygen, even if there is a billing issue. She did not have to tell me this, but did, as what I call a true kindness. I then went to find the location of the office on the internet and after reading all the negative comments here I was very concerned about going to do this. When I arrived about 10 am the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I told her of my problem and she spent more time trying to find my account, because it was not entered properly in the computer. Once she found my account, she made an immediate work order for more tanks. She told me to just drive around back and that was it. I thanked her and drove around to meet the warehouse guys. After I told them the work order was printed to them, they again assisted me immediately, took my used tanks and even gave me extras until i could get my problem resolved. Very polite, courteous people all around, faster getting my tanks than finding me in the system. I was very pleased with my service, the workers and felt compelled to write this because there were so many negative comments. Just goes to say, not everything is always bad, but I do agree anything can go wrong for others. I just appreciated everything. Bill

Their billing is very sketchy and they can't give me the amount I owe but tell me every month my rental is $18 ,then $60 then $78. when I call they say the same thing and will not give me a correct balance. they can't be the only place in town. this is a horrible rip off!!
