My complaint is the fact that the employees input my information in wrong, on the pay online service. For almost a whole year I accumulated charges, as I was not able to use the convenience of the online service. My birthdate was wrong, my SS# was input wrong by one of the employees. They would call every month, after the due date, telling me I was late. My thing is why should I not be able to use a convenience that is available to all customers. They tried to correct it several times, were unable to. I was told if I brought them 147.00 that I could get my title. I feel that it is unfair for them to ask me to bring them anything, considering that I was paying late fees through no fault of my own. They keep calling me on the phone, however; if I can't speak to the owner, I don't want to speak to anyone, as he was the one who encouraged me to use them again...I am going to complain to the BBB as well. If it had been a one time occurrence, I could have looked over it...but; to have an issue, each time I used them, is unacceptable. It smacks of incompetence. I as a customer should not be held responsible for their employees mistakes.
