It was getting to be dinner time, so asked my wife to meet me here for my last stop. Every time we've stopped here, we have been impressed with the quality of the food and tonight was no different. I had already enjoyed some Happy Hour specials at another venue, but my wife hadn't yet eaten dinner. She ordered the Gyro & Fries (see picture) and as you might guess, I did try a couple of bites. We both thought it was a very good gyro and were delighted to see that it is the daily special each day from 11-2, so we will definitely be coming back for lunch some day. The wife and I tried this place for the first time. I've known about this lounge because of my son, but he and I never made it here. Don't tell him I went without him :) Anyway, I'm glad the wife and I gave it a try. We walked in at 5:30 on a Friday and it was busy. We didn't wait but for a few minutes and had a table. The greeter was very friendly and our server was super nice and pleasant to have as a waiter. His recommendations were spot on. The whole restaurant was hopping busy but operating very smoothly. Not a quiet place, a true sports bar ambiance. The wings were very very good. Maybe some of the better ones I've had here in town. The gyro was fantastic, and huge. Great value. The wife's flatbread was great too. Excellent food all the way around. Prices for very reasonable. Happy hour helps some of the prices for sure, but still a well priced establishment. Holy crap! Talk about a hidden gem! Being set a little back off of 100th in Urbandale and just a couple blocks North of Douglas... It's not exactly literally hidden. I just don't see a lot of marketing about this place. Tito's has been on my list for a little while. I've looked at their menu online several times. Everything looked great; I just hadn't made the time. Tito's opened in November of 2021 and specializes in Mediterranean and Balkan cuisine. Tito's is part of the strip of businesses. There's a large adjacent parking lot. They have a small outdoor patio in front. Seating inside is mostly high top tables and chairs and bar stools at the bar. There may have been a couple low tops and booth and chair combinations available too... We were greeted right away when we walked in. We picked a seat along the North wall and Britney, our server, introduced herself and helped us through their drink menu. I probably misspelled her name. and I couldn't find my receipt... Lol it was Saturday evening so there were games running on all the TVs. The food menu is large and includes appetizers, burgers and sandwiches, flatbreads, pizzas, their signature Mediterranean and Balkan items (cevapi, gyros, skewers, pljeskavica, etc), pastas, soups and salads, sides and even dessert items (including tiramisu). We ordered the following: 1x Firecracker shrimp 1x Steak quesadilla 1x Diablo pasta with chicken 1x Side of fries... 2x Big Grove Summer Jam sour 1x Tequila sunrise 1x fountain drink (Pepsi products) As far as lounges or bar and grills go this might be some of the best food I've had across the entire metro...! EVERYTHING was so good! Even the fries... They had that finish where you almost feel like they've been slightly battered and then double fried. Extremely crispy and hot, fresh, right out of the fryer. A lot of times when fries cool down...they lose their edge...and I'd rather just leave them sit after that. Not these. Still crispy even towards the end of the meal! The FIrecracker shrimp was heavily breaded. Not something I can say I've had before... Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of this dish, but most of the time it's very lightly breaded or even sauteed. Doesn't really matter... The crunch of the breading made for a great contrast in texture and worked well with the sauce. It was delicious! My friend really enjoyed their steak quesadilla and the Diablo pasta was off the chain! So good! Not too hot, but it has a kick... Definitely rivals some of the more well know Italian spots who serve a variation of this also...! It looks like they have daily specials, a trivia night, and offer a weekend brunch. The online menu v. the table menu does differ slightly. I found the online menu is missing some items (like the Diablo pasta). Britney was personable and friendly. Fun place!! Greeted with a big "Go Hawks" sign so immediately fell in love with the place. Lots of TVs which created a sports atmosphere. Our server was wonderful and the food was plentiful and delicious. I ordered the classic burger with a salad instead of fries. I could only eat half the burger and the side salad was loaded with great veggies, olives and cheese. My husband also got a burger but he opted for the fries. Fries were outstanding!! Solid sports bar meets gyro meets pizza type of place. Lots of tvs. Fine for bigger groups or if you need a high chair. Lots of space. Prices reasonable and lots of drinks as well. The fries were so so good too. It's a place that's definitely worth your time and your money! I got the devalue and the table got the nachos with gyro meat. Both great. It's been a couple of years since I did a review on Tito's and since I was among the first to post about it on Yelp, I thought it was time for an update. We come here about once every month or so, and it is consistently good. Solid service and great food. On this visit, I had the Erm Burger. My wife had the Beef Skewers. The beef skewers are quite a bargain in my mind as they give you beautiful chunks of meat and nice plump vegetables. The burger is also one of my favorites as it packs a punch of flavor. The nice thing here is there are a bunch of regulars, but anyone Coming in will feel welcome as well. There's a nice big bar and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks are reasonably priced, and the atmosphere can be pretty lively. Lots of TVs to watch games. read more

Was in town for business and came upon this place using what else - Yelp. The staff was friendly and welcoming; I asked what the bartender (Jess) would recommend and she gave me some options. The food is amazing, melt in your mouth. The atmosphere was friendly, on this particular night there was trivia. There's a lot of regulars that go here I noticed. There's outside patio was nice to relax on and get some fresh air. Would recommend this place to anyone in town or that lives near and never been. You're missing out!! read more

Lunch meeting in Urbandale and we gave Tito's a try. Wow. It did not disappoint! The steak skewers were so tender and juicy and far exceeded expectations. This is not just a bar! My bf and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try our first Bosnian restaurant. When we walked in, we weren't greeted, but we didn't think much about it. We asked people who were seated if we seat ourselves and they said yes. We found a table and was quickly greeted by a server. He shared the specials which one included all you drink mules for $16. We decided to stick to one cocktail each since we had a lot to do that day. For food, we ordered the fried calamari strips, the beef skewers, and the smash burger with sweet potato fries. The calamari was tasty and the sweet chili sauce was really good. The beef skewers were the best I've had in a long time and wow, they were truly amazing. They were nice and tender and cooked perfectly. My bf said the smash burger was good and sweet potatoes fries were on point. As I was people watching, it seemed like a spot that regulars come to. On a Friday night my companion and I slipped into Tito's Lounge. She ordered a burger that looked pretty good while I ordered the spicy chicken pasta which was hearty and slightly spicy. Service was very good and the ambiance is fine.Only 2 negative comments. One of which is the noise level which is medium to high granted the place was crowded so go figure. The other is on the bill. There is a 4% "esf" charge which is was told is for the computer system and not for using a credit card because it isn't optional and I paid cash. The additional charge was only $1.30 but still. Just raise prices but a buck on everything. Yes, reprinting menus is expensive but will this charge be dropped at some point? If not then add it to the food prices. read more

Friendly and fast. Their menu has a variety of Bosnian/Mediterranean and American foods. Bar/Lounge atmosphere but bright inside. We ordered: Cevapi - (traditional Bosnian beef and veal sausage) with grilled flatbread, fries, onion, sour cream and ajvar. Ajvar is a Bosnian roasted red pepper and eggplant dip. Calamari Strips- fried with a sweet chili sriracha sauce drizzled on top and side of marinara Tomato Bisque - loved the flavors and it came with a side of grilled flatbread as well They have Happy Hour from 2-6pm and their calamari, firecracker shrimp, fried pickles, and spreads platter is all 50% off. The 2 we met working there were both young and very attractive people. Friendly and fun and very professional...and thankfully they were also helpful in retrieving a dropped wallet. Thank you! See pictures. 2 hours later.... $14.99 bottomless Bloody Mary's, mimosas and screwdrivers ... Plan ahead for a ride since Lyft and Uber canceled three times. Everyone at the restaurant was fun. We learned a little Croatian and had a splash of rakija (google it) thanks to the future mayor. This was a rare and welcome Sunday morning event, and this was a fantastic place for it to happen. Great service, great prices, a true hidden gem! My husband was worried that the gyro wasn't going to be big enough for him so we got fried pickles to start.
