The follow-up report addressed the authenticity of the individual components in far greater detail and gave me significantly more confidence in their findings. While I still believe the initial service fell short and required me to follow up for updates, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company stands behind its work and makes a genuine effort to correct a mistake. Stoll & Co. did exactly that. No company gets everything right the first time, but how they respond when something goes wrong says a lot about their integrity. In my case, they listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and ultimately delivered the level of service I had expected from the beginning.
