When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told -- directly -- that they don't have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don't want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don't pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025. Ignoring customers and brushing them off with "we're busy" is unacceptable. Communication is the bare minimum -- and they completely failed. To go through the watch and give me a run down of each item like authenticity of the case, the saphire crystal, the movement, the bracelet. i want to know for certain that every part of this watch was authetinc rolex. I wanted photos graphs of parts etc. Maybe i'm asking for too much out of a $150 authetinca process but needless to say, all i got was a piece of paper that told me every part of the watch had scratches on it and they labeled it as "authentic".... I wanted a deeper dive and a list of all the parts, essentially a thorough breakdown and work up of my Datejust. The unreasonable length of time they held the watch, my need to reach out and inquire about it and the extremely shallow and poor write up to describe its authenticy gets them a 1 start and i would not send another watch to them to be authenticated.
