I will not return because I took the clothes into the shop neatly folded and the items that the shop did not want they tossed carelessly back into the boxes and I had to refold everything again when I got home. It was difficult for me to refold the clothes due to a car accident. My back hurt after I refolded the clothes. I told her about the accident because I had to bring someone to lift the boxes. I am not allowed to lift at this time. Very disappointed with my second experience. Also, they broke up matching sets of clothes. Why would you separate pants from the matching top? The lady I worked with on this second experience was rude. I will not return. There are plenty of other consignment shops in the Pittsburgh area or for what little money I got at Clothes Mentor I will donate. She was ridiculous tossing designer clothes with tags with such disrespect. I am guessing they didn't buy many of clothes because many were size 2. Who turns down spotless Oscar De Le Renta , Burberry , Docle Gabbana, Saks etc.? They don't have a size 2 market.

There are certain code numbers in the corners of some items, i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4... which will give you various additional amounts of percentage of that price tag. But you need to know what you're looking at because the sales always vary. This place is not fancy and it is serve yourself. It is a very different experience than going shopping at Dick's. It truly also feels like they just plot a store into an empty spot in a strip mall, and it never took the time to make any physical updates to the space itself. The bathrooms are disgusting. If you want a cheap place to find athletic gear, this is the place, but be warned that it really is just shoes and clothes. You'll still have to go elsewhere for your sporting equipment.

I stopped in today just to peep around and see what they had. They had clothing sections for Men, Women, and Youth, and also shoes too. They also had some sporting equipment. Nothing really caught my eye, and it didn't seem like prices were any cheaper than usual, I don't know, maybe they were. Admittedly, I am not a very big shopper. It was O.K., but I probably won't be coming here very often . . . Cheers!

There are the usual department stores, supermarkets, chain eateries, and a movie theater among other businesses. As a youth, I came here fairly often to visit Chuck E.
