Messy!!!! Every is all disorganized and messy. No organization what so ever. Product on the floor. NOT handicapped friends AT ALL. Bathrooms aré disgusting. Handicapped bathroom still not working. HORRIBLE experience with cashier #1131. Went in to return two items which I had the receipt for on my phone because it was emailed to me. After looking at the entire receipt and scanning it, when it was time for me to be refunded she was rude as asking to see the balance that I paid. I paid everything on one card which was clearly seen when she looked at my receipt the first time. I did not like her attitude or the way she spoke to me. Customer service skills are obviously lacking at this store and retraining of how to speak to customers is needed. read more

The store was very busy I wanted to put my stuff on hold and The manager Andrea B was extremely rude. I was standing there waiting for her and she helped the person behind me and when I said excuse me I was waiting here she said I don't know how to help you go to her and pointed at another worker. She then got on her cell phone and ignored everyone. What kind of manager does that. She should be fired!!! She was so disrespectful and I am handicapped! She needs to get fired and work in a different field! read more

First off, who doesn't love a deal? However, despite spending a ridiculous amount of money this date, I was thrown into an anxiety attack just sorting through the wreckage of a store. I understand that humans are slobs and careless when it comes to any place outside their home but I was baffled at the mess of a store. Needless to say, came in for one thing, left with 10 items I didn't need but... I would suggest management hire some floor staff to tidy up the aisles. read more

I recently visited TJ Maxx because I had heard they recently received a large shipment of travel luggage. Since I have a fair understanding of the various brands and prices of travel luggage, I was not a surprised when I found the brand luggage I wanted at a great price. On various occasions, I will visit TJ Maxx department store for men's golf apparel, home products, or kitchen utensils because they are selling at prices generally lower than other major similar stores. What I found as a surprise one day is that Marshalls and TJ Maxx were sister Companies. When we were out of town, we had wandered into Marshals without noticing that TJ Maxx was actually adjacent within the same construction. read more

I've been wanting to shop here for years! Today I went because I wanted to return 2 items I purchased online. I will never return to this store. Very unorganized. I did find almonds that I've purchased from Marshall's several weeks ago. I really had to search through items on shelving. Tons of inventory but the merchandising needs an overhaul. I did have time but moreso, u need patience. I'll stick with Marshall's in west Babylon, much nicer! read more

I live nearby so I have been to this TJ Maxxx location many times in the past few years. I do like this store but the layout is a bit confusing and they haven't always been on top of organization. They have vegan purses. And not one vegan purse. 7 different styles/colors to choose from. I didn't think to check there for such an item. I thought I would have to buy things like that online and spend a tremendous amount of money (is it vegan to spend an arm and a leg?) but these bags are roughly $30 each, and they're beautiful! My only hard choice is figuring out which to buy first!! read more

Gotta love TJ Maxx!! You always get great items for your money. When I'm in Farmingdale I always find a way to visit this store!! I love wasting time there as well as shop, I go in for one thing and leave with a bunch of things!! They have items for literally anyone. They sell men, women, children accessories as well as animal and household products, they have a large range of great things! You as a customer just have to be in the mood to look through the different assortments of clothings racks. One great thing this store is, it is very organized. They have different signs showing sweaters and short sleeve tops and pants in different sections sorted by size so it makes it easy to go through everything. The bathrooms are clean and maintained. My only down side I can say about this place is sometimes the lines to pay for your purchases is long unless they have full staff working the registers. Also a great tip for anyone who does visit being a reusable bag. If you don't you have to pay for one. read more

This location looks like a thrift store. Very disorganized. A lot of stuff is on clearance but how it's displayed reminds me of a thrift store. Nothing wrong with thrift stores but TJ Max should not look like this. I was also disappointed in the men's shoe section. It was a table with about ten pairs of shoes. I've have been to another TJ MAX location and the same thing. Not sure if that means they will not be selling men's shoes anymore. I will probably not return to this location read more

Not the best location . I could not go near the clothing section it was confusing and look cluttered . Just shopped around the outside . Great deals I was looking for perfume they only had a lot of juicy couture perfumes. Most likely I won't go back since this is long island there's so many other options . read more

This TJMaxx location always proves to be a great way to spend an hour! I always find something nice to wear, plus i get to pick up a few gourmet food items! The staff is the nicest of all the TJMaxx/Marshall's on Long Island! Kudos! read more

What a great location! The store is huge and has great variety. I went in needing a cover up of some sort for a formal dinner and found something in minutes. The place is clean, spacious, and well organized. I just wish I weren't a sucker for their health snacks on the checkout line! I did not intend to leave with gluten-free PB&J bites (scrumptious) and gin-gin ginger candies (spicy and warming). read more

So, I'd like to share a little story with everyone. It was a chilly December day when I went to go return a watch to this TjMaxx. I had my receipt, the watch was in the box. All seemed well in the world. UNTIL, I went to the jewelry counter to make my return and the cashier said "you'll be getting store credit", to which I gracefully responded, "why?". She said "you bought this a year ago". I said, "no I for sure bought it 3 weeks ago", and she's like "the receipt says 12/20/16. And I said no no no, I bought it 11/13/17 FOR SURE. So then I pulled up my bank statement. And there it was, tjmaxx 11/13/17, $76.03, it even included the transaction number, which obviously matched the receipt. But that wasn't enough for "Anna", So then after calling over 2 managers, they thought that I somehow created a fake receipt and was making this all up....THATS NOT A THING. Then the tag was in the box but not attached to the watch BECAUSE IT CAME OFF WHEN MY MOM WAS TRYING TO PUT IT ON. So after making a small yet tasteful scene, they said "we'll do it this time, but next time..." I then said STOP RIGHT THERE. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR SYSTEM. So then I said "don't do me any favors, I'm gonna go". And so I did, I went to the TJ Maxx in Massapequa, and they returned it with some confusion, but no problems. read more
