My wife and I stop here pretty often just to get nicely priced Keurig coffee cups. They also have a decent selection of clothes and surprisingly they often have some pretty decent brands. There is also a very good supply of kitchen supplies from toothpick holders to higher end skillets and pans. Now and again you even see All Clad products but they don't last very long as you might expect given the very good pricing.

Swank Boutique does not inform you about this little policy until AFTER you have purchased (it's printed on the bottom of the receipt): No cash returns, period. If you buy it and take it home and find out it doesn't actually work with the outfit you bought it for, you can ONLY return it for store credit (and that's only if you don't take the tags off and still have your receipt). If it's defective, they'll offer to fix it, but they still won't give you a refund. For a store where clothes average $100-$150, this policy is so lousy, I will never shop there again. If I shop at the Goodwill, and spend only $5, I expect this kind of a policy; when I hand over one hundred dollars, I expect to have the security that if what I paid for doesn't work out and is in 100% resellable condition, I can get my money back. Not only that, I would expect that an item I paid so much for should be replaced or refunded if it is defective. Additionally, if you have a problem, they will respond very rudely to you, including on their own Facebook page for all the world to see. This is the kind of business that's great if you never have a problem, but if you do, you'll never want to go back again because you will be treated horribly.

They had the style and size needed prepared after coordinating with the store earlier in the week and even offered to clean up my old 875's!! Can't go wrong with this type of quality and customer service.

I went here because my father who passed away 20 years ago loved red wing boots. I grew up poor and my dad rented a trailer for $400 in a construction yard when I was a kid. He was a plumber, but believed to in buying the best tools for the job. Every year, he would take me into a red wing store and buy himself a pair of boots for work. I think at that time they cost around $150 which was a lot of money to him. I moved into the area recently from a warmer climate spending my life mostly in sneakers and wanted to get a pair of boots for the winter. I found the salesperson who helped me (though friendly) to not be very unknowledgeable on the history and fit of the boots. Long story short I bought a pair that was slightly too small. I was never offered any guidance on how they should fit or what I would be using them for. I was just handed a box and told to try them on. I laced them up myself and at the time they felt fine with very thin socks and my feet not being warmed up. As I wore them my small toes began to rub on the outside badly...I'm in pain as I write this review. I feel like if my foot may have been measured and the salesperson helped me pick out the right pair for my type of foot this would have never happened. They are supposed to be the experts, that's why I walked into a red wing store rather than buying online. I've had better service at a foot locker buying a $70 pair of sneakers than when I spent $300 on a pair of boots. I'm baffled why this is the case. experts, that's why I walked into a red wing store rather than buying online.
