As my project went on, I'd call for onsie/twosie print jobs that were as little as 3 or 4 sheets and it was never a problem. This is a business that truly values the customer . As a small business owner in Grand Junction, CO I am a huge believer in customer service, doing…read morewhat is right, and taking care of people. When All Copy Products comes through your door they act like they are a local company, but in reality, they are Denver's 'big city' business that simply does not seem to care about their customers. In 2018 we were using multiple printers, running to the local office supply for ink and replacing printers when they go bad. We spent a couple of hours going over all of our needs. We were assured this one printer would replace everything we had, plus our scanners and more. When the print arrived they could not get it to print checks properly and were never able to get it to print envelopes. They tried to claim that it was a custom envelope so we sent them a link to what we had been ordering. Then we were told we needed a different version of that envelope, so we ordered it with the same result. Eventually, they installed the same printer we just disposed of to print envelopes :-( When the scanner stopped emailing they blamed it on on business email provider (gmail). They offered to fix it at an exorbitant rate, then we were told to just set up a regular Gmail account, which worked for a week, but the problem persisted. At that point it was explained to us that they don't have any networking support in Grand Junction, they could do it remotely and I want to say the fee was $200/hr so we passed. It was supposed to be included. Fast forward until June of 2023 I emailed them to find out what our exit options were at lease termination. I was told they would follow up in December. When they finally reached out in February with options that did not make sense for us (especially considering the service) we were told it was too late to cancel! They claim we are trapped for another 12 months with their equipment that does not work and a service department that charges to fix their machine - in spite of the service contract.
