First he pointed out that the charger was broken (I hadn't noticed) and sold me a new one at a very reasonable price. He and his coworkers then tested the flashlight battery to confirm it was holding a charge. The other gentlemen who worked there had impressive beards and demeanors...very pleasant and helpful. They cleaned it off, checked my battery and confirmed it was in good shape, then added a red sealant to reduce the chance of corrosion again! And best of all- they did all this for free! 10/10!
