I was at a 10 until one of the employees mentioned liking my daughter's (the lightest one of our group but still obviously biracial) skin complexion. Then proceeded to tell me that he tans so dark that he looks black.. that was HIGHLY inappropriate. What is saving this review are Clint and Son.. OH and the guy that did the inspection! I think his name is Doug? Top tier customer service after dealing with a not so great first trip out there. Clint and Son definitely made the long drive worthwhile. Will we be back after the inappropriate comments at the tail end of our visit? I am not sure, maybe. According to the quote provided, we have about $1k in maintenance that will need to be done plus my husband's vehicle.. Now I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but some people really need to learn to read the room. Otherwise, great location. Friendly people! read more

I was very unhappy with my experience today at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I made an appointment this afternoon online for 6:30. When I arrived I was told I should have confirmed because they don't have time to do it. I said why was the appointment available online if you were not going to be able to service my vehicle? The man just looked at me. I said this is completely unacceptable and I will not return to this location. Why on Earth do you have available slots all the way up until almost 7 if you aren't going to be able to perform this service. The instruction I was given in the email was that I would be contacted if they were unable to perform the service. No contact was ever made with me. I had an appointment today at 10:30 AM. I was told the service time would be one and a half hours...1.5 hours. After 2 hours, my car hadn't even made it to the service station. They said that I will have to wait another 45 minutes. The manager went to the service station and started yelling "hurry up over here." 10 minutes later, I was outside the shop with another customer and we heard a loud bang. That customer's pickup truck had slipped off the jack or the jack gave out, not sure what but there was damage to the vehicle. The technician responded, "The truck is alright." But, we could clearly see the frame had bent. The manager said jokingly, "The jack couldn't handle the truck's weight haha." I don't think the situation was comical to the truck owner. The other review about 2 hour delay is very true. I talked to that customer at the shop and after 2 hours, his car had just made it into the service station. The technicians weren't working on it though. I left without getting a service. The manager walked to his guys and yelled, "second customer is leaving without getting a service." The manager handed me my keys and didn't apologize. !!! Slow, terrible service with a potential of damaging your vehicle !!! read more

Bought a new set of tires. They helped me through selection, got them ordered and ready to install within 24 hours. Set an appointment for install and I had a delay...called and they said not to worry, they'd work with me. Called on my way in and they we're waiting for me. Got me in right away, realized I needed an alignment (saving me excessive tire wear), performed that and had me one my way in short order. Very positive experience and will be my first call for my next auto care need. read more

I took my daughter's car in for a routine oil change and a couple of new tires. After we left the car experienced transmission failure. We took the vehicle back to Firestone where they did a free complete inspection, communicated the problem with us, and took it upon themselves to make things right. They called the local Ford dealership and worked through additional diagnostics. Lonnie then told us not to worry they would get the car over to Ford for the Transmission specialist there to look at it. It was under warranty and fixed within a few days. Wonderful service, great explanations, and help from Lonnie at Firestone. Thank you for helping us and setting a great example for my 16 yr old daughter. Great experience!! read more

They are horrible. Took my vehicle in a 7AM. I was the first customer there. Mechanic didnt show up until 7:40 AM still didnt take my car in until about 8:30 AM . This was just for an oil change and kept my car in service department until 10 AM. They didnt even put sticker on windshield to show mileage and that my oil had been changed. Went in there yesterday to ask them about a situation and was told it was very expensive and it was a big job. Quite rude actually. Almost as if he didnt want to do it which is fine. I wont ever be back.Im taking my vehicle somewhere else today!!! Im sure they will like my money!! read more

TERRIBLE craftsmanship. They left bolts loose on my 18 y/o son's front end after an alignment. I'm lucky the a-arm didn't drop while he was driving causing an accident. Then, they made a scheduling mistake of only 30 minutes to repair it, and claimed he missed his appointment, putting people ahead of him- and turned him away.. didn't have time they said. After such poor work that could have caused a fatal accident, they didn't care enough about customer service to work him in and make it right. I was furious. Went and spoke to the manager, who obviously didn't give a damn about what happened, told me the same thing. "It's the boy's mistake, not mine, I dont have time to fix it." I made them refund the $193.00 to my son. That's how much it costs to have firestone endanger your children. STAY AWAY! read more

Went to this location for an alignment and the mechanic said I needed ball joints. After the repair the mechanic said that he meant that I needed control arm bushings instead of the ball joints... Will never go back after I repair my truck due to the lack of experience I have found with these mechanics. read more

I have been a loyal patron of this Firestone for 10+ years and likely spent more than $10k here over that time period on 7 different cars. But the new GM, Clint Sanford, has me convinced to NEVER again spend a dime with them. I dropped my truck off here Monday evening for an oil change, as I have done maybe 50-100 times before. I supplied my own Mobil 1 oil and filter, as I always do. But this time I was told that they will not change my oil unless I purchase the oil and filter from them. I left work early to speak to Mr. Sanford in person after he told me on the phone he would be there until 5pm to discuss this new policy. The chickenshite left early and was nowhere to be seen when I arrived at 4:40 pm. Just this year I have purchased 2 sets of 4 new tires and also spent nearly $800 on an alternator replacement at Firestone Clute. But since this dimwit cannot recognize a good customer, I am taking my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope he is promptly dismissed. read more

Came in at 7:15 to have my vehicle serviced. 4 employees standing outside. Store still locked up. No word from the manager. Waited till 7:30. Still no word from manager. Had to leave because my wife and I were late for work. They have done work for me before, but after this experience, I doubt I'll be back. read more
