Because I know the owner personally I am aware that he buys very cheap products not only that but the pizza is chewy and disgusting. I am well aware that pizza is greasy but this pizza is just plain disgusting. The service isn't bad and the workers are generally nice but the place is a shit hole. The only service they get is deliveries because no one even wants to go in there. It's inexpensive because the food tastes like shit. The sandwiches are soggy and taste bad because the materials are ugh. And the salad's are awful. Salad should be kept dry with paper towels but not served this way to keep it from getting limp and soggy. The lettuce is limp and already browning ugh. Not even worth a visit. We love TJs. They always seem to have a Groupon available, which helps a lot. We use the discount, and always overtip. Actually, the servers there are always super friendly. We've only ever dined in, never delivery. Having the Groupon allows us to try different things on the menu. We stick to the traditional items, the pizza, etc. Their Chicken Francese is very good and reasonably priced. The panini I didn't like. It had garlic aioli on it (I think) and the heat from the panini press made the aioli seep through the bread making it very greasy. Omg just ordered a stromboli and an eggplant panini and HOLY GOOD is all i have to say! The stromboli was a huge horse shoe baked golden brown stuffed with meats and mozzarella cheese oozing out and the eggplant panini was to die for. The foccacia bread is homemade , Ive never tasted anything this good especially from a pizza place. The staff is super friendly and made you feel so welcomed! I moved to NJ about 5 years ago and since now had yet to find the perfect pizza place till now. I live over in Wantage, Lafayette area where there is another TJs, but this is by far a better place and I am willing to make a little bit further drive. Stopped there 4th of July with family. Absolutely fabulous service from staff and Aaron who appeared to be either manager or chef. No matter position, this man made our stop memorable. So polite and courteous to our family. Food was exceptional since changing to Bangin Boli Pizza. Everything homemade. Deserts were way better than just "acceptable" like most other restaurants. Just an update for our recent visit: My partner ordered the Chicken Francaise, and it was very good this time. Maybe they have a new chef since our last visit. And the price is very reasonable ($12.75!), and the portion is large. It makes me want to try some of the other platters. Just picked up a chicken bacon ranch pizza, hands on the best pizza I have ever tasted. The crust was crispy and the right consistency of chicken and bacon was complimented by the right amount of cheese and ranch. I highly recommend this place for great quality pizza. I recently moved to the Franklin area and so far Tj's is the only pizza shop that is at a convenient distance with the best food and pizza around. My ultimate favorites are the Italian subs, Garlic knots, and the Mac attack pizza. Definitely worth the money. read more
