Tried to call in an order--no one answered. When they finally did, I was put on hold for 12 minutes... then forgotten. Fine, I figured I'd drive over. Placed the order in person and was told it'd be ready in 30 minutes. Guess what? It wasn't. Why? Because the girl behind the counter forgot to submit it. Her response? Not "I'm so sorry," but "It's the day before a holiday, we're busy." Translation: Too bad, not our problem. Meanwhile, Mr. Little Owner Man stood a few feet away, heard the whole thing, and said... absolutely nothing. When I asked him if this is how they treat loyal customers, he proudly declared, "We've been in business for 40 years and never had a problem." Oh, honey. YOU are the problem! Maybe no one's told you, but longevity doesn't cancel out bad behavior. Keep treating people like they're lucky just to be let through the door, and eventually, they'll stop walking through it....You just lost two very loyal customers who tolerated your numerous messed-up orders, and by reading your reviews, I see we are not alone in our experience.
