I learned of a Takata airbag recall for the first time during this process. (I had been asking my Michigan dealership about this for months & had been told it didn't apply to my model car.) No dealerships in Michigan had appointments available in the near future to fix this, & my export/import appointments with US & Canadian Customs & Immigration were coming up fast. Despite me not having any purchase or service history with Lexus of London, Henry got me in right away & even provided me with a free loaner car. The work was done earlier than promised, & the customer service was excellent. They got me a recall clearance for the Canadian Registrar of Imported Vehicles (RIV) inspection, which solved my import/export problems. I highly recommend this dealership for Lexus service issues.
