When the work started, Armen was checking in with me almost daily and visited my house often to make sure that the work was going as planned. Additionally, he was very flexible with the materials that I wanted used and delivered the bathroom that I wanted. We love our new room and it is one of our favorite spaces in our entire house now. Original estimate was $1800 and he got $900 down and only cleaned the deck (high estimate of $400) but I foolishly agreed. He must have seen me as an easy mark. None of the rest of the work was done and he, when coming to collect proudly announced "The work is done". When I almost laughed incredulously, he called the police to "complain about not paying for services" Even the cop said he was "full of Sh...t" Read my yelp review as he kept threatening (had done that BEFORE not doing any work). I have grounds to sue him but court costs would take up more than he owes me. He is actually scary and uses intimidation when maybe 5% of the work was completed (deck wash) when he demanded full payment and called police. This must be his M.O. in business. Not a member of BBB as he is NOT a business with integrity. 4

Contacted Myers enterprises in need of a contractor to replace the back entrance to my home (at the…read moretime they were of concrete/ block construction literally falling apart). Greg came by within 24 hours of initial contact, he and I together dreamed up a new set of stairs with a larger landing to gain entrance into the house. Greg went the extra mile and wrapped stairs around the entire landing so instead of only one way to gain entrance into the house (as it was), I now had 2 ways depending on which direction I was approaching the house. He utilized only quality materials and made sure I was in agreement with the materials list before ordering. Pressure treated lumber and a synthetic decking board (similar to Timbertek) were used to construct the new entrance. Greg was always tidy, cleaned up after himself after each day on the job, and was always a pleasure to speak with. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price is hard to come by in todays world, Myers Enterprises without a doubt brings that to the table. Went above and beyond, I will certainly be a return customer and will recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy contact.

Living room carpet was installed on that day, however, the upstairs carpet was sent to the warehouse in the wrong color. The correct upstairs carpet could not be installed for an additional two weeks. Finally got upstairs carpet installed on October 24th. After the installers left, found that money was missing form my son's room and two of may other son's drawers from under his bed frame the clips were broken off during the removal of them to clear room for the carpet. I reported missing money to the owner who was very sorry and was looking into the situation. Later when I reported to him about the broken drawers which no longer sit nicely in the tracks...I have had complete radio silence from the business. I will never do business with this company again. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Completely unhappy

Plus he seemed nice and provided a lot of good info upon meeting. We had him remodel our additon entertainment room. He took it down to the bones and recontructed the room - new tile floors, a tray ceiling, crown molding, installed surround sound speakers, new walls, painted, added recessed lighting, added a stair into the room, replaced the ceiling fan, and completely did a 360 on the room. It took just under a month to complete (it was during the Christmas holidays so it probably would have taken less time but we were in no rush and let him know that). His crew was nice and very trustworthy. We gave them access to our house each day and I never worried. We tried to get a guy to come look at some drywall plastering upstairs but he refused to go behind the owner's back and take on a private project. That is so respectful and made me trust these guys even more. We just discovered we have a dropped ceiling in our kitchen and having these guys come back to put in a matching tray ceiling. Plus he is going to quote our front porch. I would definitely recommend them. PS - you should probably have a clear idea of what you want already before you talk to him. He will throw some ideas but I was happy I knew exactly what I wanted prior! Oh and funny story - I tried to get the room back together before my husband came home. Upon moving the kegerator into the room, it fell off the step and into the wall - leaving a big dent. I called Thomas and he sent someone over the next day to fix it for me - for free! Phew - my heart dropped at that moment and I appreicate him being so easy going about it.
