They came out three…read moreweeks ago and got it up and running but couldn't get the lights on inside the elevator - citing poor design of having the fuse at a place that one repair person couldn't reach and that he would need a second person to assist with the final repair. I was to be on the schedule the next week and never heard from HET again. I called and was told that the repair person had an emergency and couldn't finish the repair (which i completely understood). I was told it would be the next week...never heard from HET again! I called and was told...we have you on the schedule for this Thursday (3 weeks after the initial repair). I took off from work but got a call today saying they couldn't find a repairman. I explained that I was already on the schedule and the scheduler told me "I don't know why they did that..." Very frustrated and upset at the overall lack of care and follow through for a company that seem to have many positive reviews. Use a different vendor for your services! Stay away!!!!

We've had TRASH PRO'S for almost 5 years. The first 4-1/2 years were uneventful. Trash had alway…read morebeen picked up on time (Mondays, between 0900-1000). And, on the occasion that we had more than just one trash can, there was never an issue: we set the extra refuse and garbage out, and it magically disappeared. However... the past 6 months have been nothing like the previous 4-1/2 years. Our trash cans are left in the middle of the street after they are picked up. If they are "too heavy" they are not dumped at all (they are on wheels and the type that are designed for their automated lift - it's not like they have to pick anything up!). Twice I have been outside when the guy shows up and when he tried to leave the cans I called him out on it; he put up such a complaint that I opened the gate, came out on the street, and dumped the trash cans, by hand, into his garbage truck: AND I WAS SENT AN EXTRA BILL, ON TOP OF MY MONTHLY FEE, FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE TRASH!!!!. And, heaven forbid if a box is too large to fit in the trash can; it will be left and never moved, despite it being empty, or with very few broken down boxes in it. And, not the least of my complaints is that the guy has NO routine schedule of when he comes by the house; sometimes it's 0600, and sometimes it's after 12 noon - rarely the same. The garbage truck driver is rude, crude, disrespectfull, has a terrible attitude, and is as lazy as the day is long. We used to have a woman "Trashman" - she was awesome. Polite. Accomodating. Always put the trash cans back next to the fence where they sit. She had a cheerful attitude. And, NEVER failed to dump our trash. I have made several attempts to call them, but always get their answering machine. I made the mistake, I suppose, the first time I called, to leave a detailed message of my complaints. Now, I'm sure, my calls are being screened and I am being avoided. They don't have a website, or e-mail address, Facebook page, or any other way to contact them. There are other options, in the area. If you are looking for a trash service, I highly recommend that you spend your hard earned dollar elsewhere.

I think they are reliable, courteous and reasonable in price. I have recommended them to all of my new neighbors, and they seem happy with them. Their low student/teacher ratio means children often get one-on-one attention and are cared for as individuals, not as a massive herd. The facilities are kept clean, the food and snacks healthy, and the toys, games, and activities are abundant. Special shout out to Julia, the Director of The Morgan Center. I've always known her to be kind, hardworking, and a lovely person all-round! She truly values her role, and it's exemplified in the effort she puts into making TMC one of the best daycare centers in our community. One of my favorite things about TMC is that it's an inclusive center, where children with special needs are educated together with their neurotypical peers. It's wonderful to have children of all backgrounds come together at such an early age, allowing for better communication and social skills, stronger empathy, and an appreciation of diversity at such a pivotal age.
