I said yes and this is one of the reasons I like punching from them is they register for warranty, test and i support local business. Unit fired up, during checked he said total was $600ish? I immediately said the price was $479.99 and their website shows that price and that was the price given when i called. He asked if was still on sale and I said I have no idea but that why a called to confirm inventory and price. He asked who I spoke to and I did not get a name but he would find out who i spoke to. He found the person I spoke to and he said they can't honor the price he gave me for 479.99 because there was a miscommunication? I asked what the miscommunication was when he said what the price was 479.99? He stated they can't sell it at that price and walked away. What piss poor customer service not to honor the price they have on webpage and after confirming that was the correct price. This is bait and switch and I can understand not always updating your website but that's why I called and asked for the price and inventory. I had several plumbing issues--some…read morelarger projects like repairing a broken sewer discharge clean-out, fixing no hot water from my tankless water heater, flushing the water heater, and installing a pressure-reducing valve, as well as smaller tasks like reinstalling the kitchen sink sprayer hose and replacing two shower heads. Matthew was very prompt in replying, set clear expectations, and communicated quickly whenever there were changes. He also looked for ways to reduce my costs. For example, I originally requested only a water heater flush. After Zach inspected it and provided a quote, the heater suddenly stopped producing hot water and I didn't have the budget to fix it. Matthew suggested dedicating one hour to diagnose the issue first. Zach worked on it but suspected the problem was due to the heater not being flushed for a long time. They proceeded with the flush and only charged me the original quote--waiving the diagnostic fee. Another example was the sewer discharge repair. Few plumbers are experienced with this, and many either declined or quoted very high prices before even assessing the problem. Matthew and Zach offered to charge only for digging out the discharge clean-out and then provide a repair estimate. This approach resulted in a very reasonable quote. On top of that, they reinstalled my sink sprayer hose and replaced the shower heads free of charge. Throughout the process, Zach was thorough and even taught me how to handle smaller plumbing tasks myself, like replacing bathtub stoppers and flushing the water heater in the future. Both Matthew and Zach were honest, considerate, and truly helped me save money. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
