We were broken down in an RV park in our motor home nearly 50 miles from Davie, FL. We called…read morenumerous repair facilities that were recommended by our towing service but found no one near us that was able to handle our size rig or deal with the problem we were having. We stumbled upon Broward Truck and Trailer and Mark assured us that he and his crew would do everything possible to get us repaired. We finally got approval for the 48 mile tow and once we arrived, Shane worked late into the night to make sure we got set up with shore power as they were going to allow us to stay in our rig while the work was done. Mark's approach was unconventional, but he assured us that since this was the third time this same problem occurred, he was not going to just hook us up to a computer and let it tell him what was wrong as had been done previously. Mark and Shane did many different diagnostics and although it took several days to get parts, they knew what they were doing as our rig has never run better. We were treated like family the whole time we were there. Our thanks to Mark and his wife....and especially Shane who worked tirelessly to get us going and help us be as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. The sales person assured me that once i sign the agreement, she would take care of all the insurance and the transportation and flights for their driver. I'd been asking her several times to get this information but she did not and waited until it was too late for me to cancel. When i go pissed at her, she said to send her an email that my aunt was very ill and she would send that to customer service and they would refund me then went ahead and charged me 75% of the rental plus held my $1,000 deposit. All a ploy to have documentation against me. What a joke!
