She personally reinstalled my K-tip extensions, taking the time to ensure they were placed correctly and comfortably. The difference was remarkable. The extensions now feel great, there is no discomfort, and the installation looks beautiful. The pedicure room (where my friend was) is especially cold seeming, all that tile and the sounds of well, you know, echoing. You pay and leave gratuity up front before leaving. I would not want to get my hair done here because of a lack of privacy, it's the kind of thing I would not want strangers seeing, it's really a personal thing. Hair dye, wet hair, all those foil things, are all best left under a veil of mystery. The ease of making an appointment is great: online, telephone, schedule next one up front while you're there...they text you reminders which I appreciate, even though it's in my calendar. You leave a card on file to pay which I don't mind doing, although I mostly pay in cash. Nicole does a great job on my not so wonderful nails. Just enough "small talk" but also allowing us to be quiet or just chat amongst ourselves. They provided all the services I've come to expect in a pedicure, including lengthy massage, exfoliation, hot towels, etc. My feet have NEVER felt so smooth as they did after this particular pedicure. A pedicure costs $46 which isn't cheap - but if you are looking for the full relaxing experience, this is the place to go.
