Working with ARD Home Services and EliteHome Services (who, conveniently, keep rebranding) was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite numerous attempts to get them to complete the door painting and installation, they constantly ignored me and came up with excuse after excuse. When they finally showed up--after holding onto my $6,800 for over a month--the work they delivered was abysmal. The quality was atrocious, and they didn't even bother to remove the stickers before painting. I've attached photos for reference. Save yourself the frustration and money--avoid them at all costs. It's been over a week since my last attempt to reach out, and I've heard nothing. The work was terrible, they were unprofessional, and based on other reviews I've read, this seems to be a recurring issue.
