We were told we were one day short and could not return the ring, but it would have to be custom made for about another 1K, yes that is right 1K to custom make it. She was promised the ring would be done on several different days only to be disappointed, the reason being COVID. Well guess what after weeks she finally got her ring!!! Yay !!! Right? Wrong!!! The custom made ring that took weeks to return is missing a diamond on one of the sides. The wedding is 4 weeks away and this place will not even answer my call, probably a very good thing right about now. People I'm telling you go to the Shane Company or anywhere but here!!!!!
