My 12 year old went to get her nails done for the first time ever and they came out horrible! The acrylic is not even completely on all of her nails. The so called French tip is crooked. They look and feel chunky in certain parts and it's only been less than a day and it chipped already! They just look horrible. I feel like they took advantage of her because she's a kid and my mother (the one who took her) doesn't speak English. Stay away from this place!

Ana did my nails today. I have been looking for a nail place in my area for 3 years! After hopping around from place to place I am convinced that I have found THE ONE! I am so happy to have stumbled across this shop! The staff was all extremely friendly! The place was very clean. Ana did an amazing amazing job! I am definitely going back to her! The prices are also unbeatable! I got a full set for 50 dollars and I get my nails coffin shaped and long! Other places have charged me up to 80! Plus she had the most perfect perfect color! I'm so thankful that I found this shop!

I'm hesitant & very picky when it comes to trying new nails salons but, I've been coming here for a couple months now & it's became the only place i'll get my nails or toes done. They're so talented, Welcoming, Very clean and well managed establishment. The employees are very friendly and try to engage in small conversation. I just got these done after having my another ones, ( which lasted me a month!!)

Customer service here has been nothing but amazing! I went here because my usual girl is currently not doing nails and I have extremely sensitive skin and hate trying new places because I usually always have issues with them cutting me or over doing it with the acrylic powder. I am so happy that I decided to try this place out! I also loved how much other customers seemed to really know the workers on more of a personal level. They even made it a point to get my name and remember it which I really felt comfortable about! I definitely will be coming back!

I finally came in today and had Sam fix my nails that were done so badly at another salon. He took his time and really made my nails so much better. His wife helped with my nail color. You can tell this salon is a family owned and they care for their customers. They definitely got a returning client here. Highly recommend

Came here to get my nails done for my baby shower. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. They kept insisting i get the gel pedicure at least 5 times. The lady who did my pedicure cut me so many times. She stabbed my big toe and my toe wouldn't stop bleeding. No apology or anything she had to apply pressure to it and a bunch of super glue to get it to stop bleeding. When she used to the hot towel they were burning hot I wanted to yell. For my gel manicure my natural nails were filed down so much they were sore and so damages still and paper thin. The gel polished chipped in a few days read more

I am from the LA area and had a last minute interview invite and needed to have presentable nails for my interview. I dropped in rushing and was nicely greeted by Ana and Linda. I informed them that I was rushing to get a quick clean up prior to my interview and Linda was so sweet, she quickly cleaned up my nails and had me out in less than 10 minutes. They were so kind to send me off with good wishes into my interview, I could feel the genuineness!! I returned after my Interview to get a full gel manicure, again Linda treated me very professionally and did a beautiful job! I highly recommend this nail salon and would return and make it my home salon but unfortunately I am not from the area. I was trying to take advantage of the time I had before my hair appointment. So I searched Yelp, and this was a nail shop close to where I was. When I arrived, I was helped right away. The couple who run the salon are the cutest couple. She doesn't say much, which is totally ok. Her happy husband is a great conversationalist; and when he talks, his light colored eyes brighten up. :) Good place. Good people. Very nice manicure. First time here. I had an appointment and they were on time, I did not have to wait. Though they do accept walk ins. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and a gel pedicure. I am thrilled with the results. TL Nail salon is clean, the nail technicians pay attention to detail and they have reasonable prices. Definitely will be my go to nail place!! read more

Customer service was great. The salon environment is very relaxing with music and a waterfall in the background. My pedicure came with a callus treatment, sugar scrub, mask, and paraffin wax. It's $14 extra for gel which was expected. I highly recommend this salon! read more

It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I'm disappointed because the previous reviews are what brought me here.

They've been cutting my boys (age 8 and 5) hair since they each were about 2 years old. Malinda does amazing eye lash extensions. Now this place is a one stop shop! Mommy gets her lashes done, boys get their hair cut, and we are good to go. They offer many of their services here. I'd definitely recommend everyone from all races and backgrounds to treat themselves to a service from Kuts and Queens. Hairbyqueenaaliy also braids my daughters hair. Fast and neat. We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

Being new to the area I have been trying different salons., I saw the good review rating, and decided to give them a try. I had high hopes.. the two stars given is because they were nice and welcoming, that's it . The $40 pedicure- The nice lady had my feet ready to scrub in less than 5 minutes. Yea , she cut , filed and "push "back /cut my cuticles in less than 5 mins . I pointed out that I still had rough cuticles , only then did she apply more cuticle remover and pushed the cuticles a tiny bit more and cut . The nails are not even . The scrubbing took two seconds. The massage /rub was 2.5 minutes . I did time it after how fast everything else was . Polish is polish , it looks fine . But my feet don't feel relaxed , nor do they look good , like they typically do after a pedi. I then got a fill with gel polish , the quality of work was pretty bad . No attention to detail , rush and sloppy work . The acrylic is thick at the base and thin in random areas ( there is a crater in my thumb finger ) some nails are crooked and they are not all shaped the same . I expressed my concerns , like the nails being too thick at the base , the acrylic isn't even up to the base , it still looks like I need a fill and they are lumpy . These were ignored , he looked at me and continued polishing. If after I show you , you don't immediately see the issue and fix it , it is pointless to further complain to someone that couldn't be less bothered. I didn't say anything else . I just paid , left and immediately went to the previous salon I went to for them to fix them . Would not recommend read more

My first time here and it was amazing !! Anna & Linda are the best. I highly recommend them. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time but I loved it. They are so friendly and super attentive. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you Linda and Anna for your kindness . read more
