Found this spot randomly on google and came in to remove my gel x and tried builder gel for the first time. Also got a pedicure. Had a great experience. Front desk was nice and friendly. Adam did my nails and he explained everything thoroughly since I never had it done before. He did amazing. Cindy did my pedicure. They both were friendly. They also offer discount vouchers for first time customers and a stamp card as well as complimentary drink. i will def be back!

I just moved to Lake Elsinore, haven't had time to do nails but I have a wedding coming up so decided to try this place that was on the way to picking up my daughter in Norco. I was very pleased with the customer service from calling and making an appt to showing up. Very friendly staff. I got gel builder fill and regular pedicure. Price was right. I was relaxed and was able to communicate and got what I asked for. It's been along time since I've been happy with my nails. I believe I found my new go to saloon. Jany did my nails yesterday ! He has done such a beautiful job ! He is super friendly and gentle. I got the gel builder because regular gel does not keep my nails strong and healthy, they often break on the sides if I use regular gel. And they look the same if I used regular gel. Jany took his time and cleaned my cuticles. My nails feel so comfortable, they look neat and clean. He did such a fantastic job. Also Jany kept offering me water or other beverages they have there. I am happy I walked in this this shop yesterday. I have already made my next appointment with Jany 10 stars of I could.

The work is decent but I made an appt for 130 and didnt get my pedicure started for over a half an hour. Just sat in the chair with my feet soaking for 25 mins. I was only there to get a pedicure done. Wish I would've brough one of my nail polishes from home since the color selection is a bit limited. The drinks were really small but tasty. read more

Got lucky that they were open. I took the reconnect gel pedicure service. Jen who took care of me today was very nice. She was also very thorough in getting all the hanging cuticles out. She's so personable, fun to talk to, and incredibly efficient, yet she never rushes the quality of her work. My nails always look amazing and last. I knew my chances were slim but my nails looked really bad so I took a chance and called anyway. I was very pleased that they offered me a last minute appointment. Even though it was late, the Tech (manager) Adam took his time and did a great job with my nails. I've been there a few times and can confirm they take extra care to make sure their clients leave happy. Great prices, clean and welcoming environment, friendly staff and a great vibe. Went there because they claim to properly disinfect their tools. But the service could be friendlier. They clearly have their favorite customers or tend to cozy up to customers who get more expensive services. But if you are only there for a basic pedicure they won't even smile at you and will just talk to each and laugh, making it seem like you are the topic of discussion. Other clients were being asked for their choice of beverage, I was only asked 10 mins before my service was about to end. Before my nails could even dry the tech asked me to walk without even giving me a bag to put my shoes in. Another tech pushed my shoes all the way behind the seat to make room for her cart. The owner/manager didn't even ask me how my service was at checkout. Weird and awkward vibes. read more

This is the second time I come here and I'm obsessed with the work that has been done. I got a cute full gel x manicure the first time with Ana I believe was her name. Then today I got a pedi and a mani . I don't recall who did my pedi but she was really nice and gentle. Adam did my mani and I LOVE IT. I told him my previous experiences with male manicurists has NOT been good and he was the complete opposite of them. He was gentle and the work he did was amazing. Also, I don't think i've ever walked into a nail salon where I don't feel judged. This is the first time I actually feel comfortable being at one. Hello, my name is Adam Dinh. When I immigrated to the United States, my family and I faced many challenges and obstacles as we worked to adapt to a new life. The nail industry not only provided us with a livelihood but also allowed us to integrate into a new community and build a brighter future. Over the years, working in various salons, I came to appreciate the beauty and potential of this profession while also noticing some common challenges: language barriers, inconsistent service quality, and clients sometimes feeling uncertain about their overall experience. As per her skills: there have been times she has rushed my nails, cut me, and used the drill on my nails in such harsh ways- making my nails so thin you could see under my actual nail into my nail bed- so unprofessional and completley unsafe! We are all human and I try to always put myself in the other persons shoes, but I don't even want to try being in her shoes for a second. If someone did that to her nails or her daughters nails she would have flipped!! When I mentioned that she was making my nails too thin and now my hands hurt, she just shrugged her shoulders at me and said she had to do it. That was a lie and she knew it. I have seen her be rude to customers that were finishing up while I was waiting outside & I have had her be rude to me & rush through my appointment as well. She does have a mightier than thou attitude towards others, especially when I brought my friend who sat outside while I was getting my nails done. My friend got scolded by Sandra when she opened the door to ask if we needed anything since she was getting a drink next door. During that appiontment & every other appiontment after Sandra gave me attitude that was unnecessary. I left my appiontment deposit with her and I'm never going back. I work in the same shopping center and tell everyone to be cautious of her. I've decided that was it in & 2019 I won't do business with people that don't realize - people are the heart of your business and shouldn't be seen as cash cows!! We are all human, if you can't be pleasant or civil towards other human beings do not go into business and expect people to pay you for your rudeness and mediocre work.
