Today was my first time using this salon and overall I had a good experience. I did call ahead to schedule an appointment and when I came in they were running behind schedule but kept me updated and promised I would still be done by the time I needed since I am a mom of three and had to start the pick up process. Sany did my nails and he did a great job. The shape and length was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. He was very fast. I did pay with cash which I was surprised they gave me a discount for doing so and they told me about their happy hour deals for next time. Everyone was really friendly. I will be back. I've only been here a few times, it's very well kept and clean inside and they have great customer service. My nail tech has also done a very good job with my gel manicures, she was precise. The issue isn't with the staff at all or with my nails immediately after my service. Gel manicures I've had elsewhere always last me 4 weeks however the times I've gotten them done here the gel completely lifts off as a whole at one and a half weeks which is a bummer because I'd expect them to hold longer given that their manicures are pricier (which I usually don't mind) but it doesn't last. I always wear gloves to protect my nails when cleaning so I know it's not anything on my end. I always ask for the OPI gel which again I've had no issues with elsewhere so I'm not sure if it's the other base and top coats being applied causing the lifting issue. read more

I honestly really loved my experience here, walked in and just did a walk in and I didn't even wajt 10 min. When I sat down, I was greeted with a menu asking if I wanted any drinks, and was shown the prices and services, I got the classic pedicure for 35$. I got a wash, scrub, lotion, massage, and got my nails painted & it was honestly really nice and you couldn't beat the price! Just moved to the area and I'm a first time client. Clean, nice environment, kind employees. Happy with my pedicure even though it's a little lumpy. Not very happy with my manicure. She told me it was +15 for french tip even though I didn't do each finger. Then another +$15 for design but since it was all of my fingers it was +$35. It seems excessive considering the line work isn't even clean. I was cut multiple times. They look like press-ons to me. Payed $119 for the mani. If you get basic work done I think pricing is ok. Overall just not the salon for me. I don't mind high cost if it's worth it but will not be returning because the quality does not match the price. Altogether my total was $192. They also bribe for reviews, you get a free cuticle oil, so I wouldn't trust their reviews either. read more

I got the gel builder because regular gel does not keep my nails strong and healthy, they often break on the sides if I use regular gel. And they look the same if I used regular gel.
