The new owner of this nail salon is my nail tech Vicky. She recently took over Versaci Nails Spa so of course I had to follow her as a client. I've always been pleased with how she does my manicures. She pays attention to detail and is very efficient. If you're looking for a place that is clean with professional talented manicurists, pedicurists and nail techs look no further. My go to person is Nancy for my pedicures and Vicky (owner) for my nails.

Been here a few times and have gone with a few different ladies, all super sweet. FYI chair number one does not lean back unless it has been fixed already! The salon was nothing but exceptional! Everything from the receptionist to the nail tech, you couldn't ask for anything more! When u walk into the salon it's very clean and relaxing. No crying kids or kids running around the salon. Then of course the receptionist Annie was just so welcoming and friendly. She's nothing but smiles and once you tell her your name, she addresses you and also offers you a drink! They have an amazing list of non alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages with your service. She suggested Kenny for my nail tech and he was nothing short of amazing! Came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago! They still have the old company name but it's right next to Crown clothing store. Everyone was very friendly! I forgot to take pictures but next time I will. I had a gentleman handle my full set, he was amazing! And a young lady did my pedicure! They offer complimentary drinks and take their time with you. I usually try new spots 3-times before giving my review but decided to update the neighbors now since I had a great experience!!! read more

Wouldn't recommend. I was overly charged for a basic set of gel x nails, the nail tech didn't remove all of the glue underneath my nails even after I came back for removal, and the man at the front desk grabbed my phone to write his own review for Yelp and was harassing every other customer to do the same read more

Salon is under new management. I have gone to Vicky for over a year. She is meticulous, sweet, knows how to do nails and her work lasts! I have 2 horses and an 80 pound dog and my nails don't break. Vicky was new and very friendly; as well as conversational which is really refreshing! Most nail salons we have tried over 4 times we, my mom and I spend 100s every 5 weeks and we have changed salons twice due to the fact that after we are no longer new clients the employees tend to get lazy and can't even match the colors we ask for or they never can have them last past a couple weeks or they ignore what we want like the simplest black color to a French. Versace and the new employees Holly, and Vicky went above and beyond and most of the girls there are talented and bice and efficient but my mom and I had the pleasure of working with with these new girls and I have never been more satisfied! Including my mother! Thankyou Versacci for helping us want to keep coming back and Vicky and Holly are killing it and I will be asking for them everytime! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I don't recommend this place at all. I went for my first time to check the place out. I told the lady I didn't want them too thick. & I wanted an ombré style. Anyways... she covered my cuticles with acrylic. When she was filing them down she cut 4 of my fingers (under the cuticles). I didn't say anything. I just wanted to leave. Seems like the lady was new or didn't have experience doing nails. I had to get them fixed at a different nail salon. Smh read more

They've been cutting my boys (age 8 and 5) hair since they each were about 2 years old. Malinda does amazing eye lash extensions. Now this place is a one stop shop! Mommy gets her lashes done, boys get their hair cut, and we are good to go. They offer many of their services here. I'd definitely recommend everyone from all races and backgrounds to treat themselves to a service from Kuts and Queens. Hairbyqueenaaliy also braids my daughters hair. Fast and neat. We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

The other tech decided to do my other daughter's nails first then told me to do gel on her toes. At this point everyone was almost done except her and her toes we didn't have time so I agreed and now her toe nails are peeling. Fantastic. I really liked the place until that. I would go back in to get it fixed if I had time which I don't. I got a pedicure and I think it was a blue clay mask or something and I I didn't realize it was still on my leg when I left. Pretty much got up charged for some other things and I wasn't told either so a little annoying. Having a huge blue spot on my leg was tilting since I was out. Most likely never going back. If anyone has suggestions for a different nail salon message me please.
