Someone called us the very next day and sent Eric over. Eric was very quick with his assessment and turned around a quote for us quickly. Now we were in a hurry, so they accommodated our request and started within a week. They also completed the project as promised on time in spite of some scope creeps from our side. After talking to Jennifer, and…read moredetailing what we were looking for, Jennifer prepared a quote and I had it in hand the next day. She came back out with stain samples. We selected the natural cedar stain, wondering how that would look applied to the yellowish stain currently on the deck and structure. Jennifer's communication skills are excellent. She texted each morning to let us know when she'd be here, or when the weather wouldn't work for staining. She started with a cedar cleaning product which stripped off the discoloration, we had, there were dark areas as well as funky golden patches. After allowing the wood to dry, she returned and painted each piece of wood, each slat on all four sides, getting into the groves to give it a uniform appearance. The wood was soaking up the stain, so she applied two or more coats as needed. I've attached a before and after showing the side of the hot tub enclosure. It looks brand new.

When I came down with Covid two days into the job they were able to adjust their schedule and pick up right where they left off the day I was out of quarantine. They hung drywall and concrete board for us in a master bath, 3/4 bath, powder room, and laundry closet remodel. They also hung drywall in two closets, on a family room wall as well as repaired numerous holes in the plaster ceiling and walls made by the electrician. The quality of the work is excellent. They did not have any issues in working with us as "do it yourself" remodelers and were willing to make adjustments as needed to install drywall in our 100 year old house. They were also very considerate in keeping the dust to a minimum. Their costs are very reasonable and I was impressed that when we added a couple items to the job the additional charges were also reasonable and well explained.
