We haven't had much interaction with contractors (I've taken care of most everything we ever needed repaired or replaced) so we did our due diligence by the book. Of the three quotes we received Steve's was neither the highest nor lowest. References checked out very nicely. I've been in the CNC machine tool business for nearly 20 years and construction for several years prior. I've seen literally hundreds of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional installations during that time and Steve's workmanship is among the best I've encountered but what really distinguished Steve from the others is his attentiveness. We always received prompt, thorough and accurate responses to all our questions and requests. Even after a long hard day's work, Steve was happy to instruct us in detail on operation of the system. His explanations were clear and consise, easy to understand. He left the jobsite neat, clean and orderly on departure. Prompt, courteous, professional and personable. We could not be more pleased with the results and are happy to say we recommend his services without reservation and will be pleased to use him again. Truly outstanding performance. Sadly, there is a downside to this experience: his services will likely to be in far greater demand next time around so may be a while before we can get him on site. It will be worth the wait.
