After I decided to go with him, he was in constant communication with scheduling the work, since the weather wasn't cooperating. When he came out to do the work, everything went as planned. There were a couple of issues that came up but Andy was able to quickly provide a recommendation on how we can get them resolved. Overall, I'm very satisfied with his work and service. He kept putting us off - oh we'll fix that later. He was working on only small kitchen and extended 1 1/2 week project (his projection) to 4 weeks, by then he had the guys pull all their equipment and when he came by for "another pull," (he was excellent in "pulling money" - the only reason he'd stop by), we said not until something was finished, so he left and sent us a mechanics lien warning.
