Debra brought her in to meet me on my last visit and I found her to be truly caring, thoughtful and extremely well trained. Last year I had a psychologically traumatic facelift by what turned out to be a condescending and dismissive local provider. I had been a patient off and on for years and thought I could trust this person. He had told me that I would be kept comfortable during the procedure but while under "anesthesia" I saw the other side of his personality. I was wide awake and horrified the whole time so I nervously chattered away, trying to make myself believe it wasn't so bad. I won't go into all the horrific details. Even though the actual results were ok I will NEVER go back to that provider for anything. I was SO happy to find RejuvenationMD! Debra provided ideas and then treatments that fixed the areas that the facelift missed. She knows how to treat older women and I have heard she is excellent with younger clients as well. I was having excess underarm sweat and couldn't wear gray t-shirt, but I have not problem to wear it today! The worst downtime was only first 3-4 days for me so I went back to work a week after the treatment. I was supposed to go back to the clinic to check if I should do 2nd Miradry but because of Covid-19, I needed to go to my home country to stay with my family so I haven't been able to go back there Also, Dr.Kumar did Botox injections for my jaw. The procedure took only 1min and the pain was not that bad. I got 50units of Botox but the result was not big change so I will get little bit more for next time! Overall, my experience with Dr. Kumar and Alina was amazing and I'm happy with my result! I can't wait to see them when I go back to Canada!!

Totally understandable, however, when I tried to call to get an estimated start date, I got no answer and no response until 2 days later ..via text (very unprofessional) So already, I'm feeling a little suspicious as I have no idea when I'll be starting and I'm not getting a straight answer, nor have they called me back. I waited a full week and had still not heard back regarding my start date, so I sent them one more text requesting a start date and again, got a indirect message that did not answer my question. I ultimately sent them a message revoking my acceptance to the position due to the lack of communication and lack of professionalism I had been subjected to. Especially when they require you to sign a 2 year contract -- Like, how can you expect people to make such a commitment when you can't even commit to proper communication?! They have yet to even respond or apologize on behalf of this incredibly disheartening experience. I'm sure they're a great company in regards to their services for customers, however, as far as working for them based on my experience I'm going to give it a -4/10. That's right, -4. I hope you treat your future staff, applicants and customers with more respect moving forward as this was a huge waste of my time.
