But now that the info is submitted and will hopefully be added, I will be inserting the same review here and leaving my older one up so people can find it here. With that being said, this place is pretty amazing! Seriously, from top to bottom, I have been coming to this location for a little over a month and have had no complaints about anything or anyone here. To start, you are required to have a temperature check before you even walk into the office. They take this VERY seriously here, and for good reason given the times we are in with Covid-19 impacting the world. Any temp, even a tiny bit, above their allowed protocol temp and I promise you will be turned right around and not let in. It happened to me on my very first visit, even with a copy of a recent negative Covid Result in my hands, so don't even try it! They really want everyone inside to be safe. The front staff is SO kind. They really do try their best to make sure you get your appointments and book you ahead of time to ensure you have time slots that work with your schedule. The last thing they try to do is inconvenience you, which I really appreciate. They work with you. They call you a day before your appointment to remind you to come in, and happily greet you every time you come in. Now to the best part of this place: the physical therapists. I go twice a week and alternate between two physical therapists. For privacy reasons I won't mention their names, but I can tell you just from simply observing most of the therapists with their patients, they're all great and I have yet to see a patient or anyone outright complain or disagree with the way they help people. My physical therapists are incredible. They really do, and always have given, their best effort to help me out. They will try a multitude of different exercises or methods to hopefully get you into a better place than when you first walked in for the initial evaluation. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this place for physical and occupational therapy!!

My father was checked in on a Friday night without any family present, despite explicit assurances that the move would not happen until the following day. When we visited him Saturday, he was highly agitated and rather than addressing it proactively, the staff dismissed it as manageable dementia-related behavior. He was sent back to the hospital, where a psychiatrist evaluated him and prescribed medication that significantly stabilized his mood. He was readmitted to Harborage (this time with me present) and had a calm night and a good day, only to be sent back to the hospital again. This time at the request of his PCP due to a positive blood culture. A medical issue unrelated to behavior. Despite receiving multiple calls from Harborage staff indicating he would be welcomed back, we were then informed that corporate had denied his return. With no explanation and no appeal process offered. My father had not even spent a cumulative 24 hours in this facility, and he is already being turned away. I want to be fair: the 4th floor staff was genuinely excellent. But the lack of honest communication, the disregard for family involvement in care decisions, and the abrupt, unexplained corporate denial have made this an incredibly distressing experience. Families deserve transparency and an avenue for recourse, not dead ends. Shame on you people and thanks for gaslighting us.

This is NOT a cookie-cutter PT shop. They're specialists, and it shows the minute you walk in. After losing over 40 lbs and a lot of muscle from cancer treatments, I needed real help rebuilding my strength and quality of life. Kacey (my occupational therapist) and Noelle and Will (my physical therapists) put together an actual plan tailored to my condition--not just generic exercises. The personal attention, knowledge, and genuine care they give is rare. I'm stronger, moving better, and getting my life back because of this team. If you need more than basic PT, if you want people who truly understand medical-related recovery, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Since going to Kessler it has been feeling much better. My therapist Noelle and Matt are very knowledgeable, kind and motivate me to do the work to fix the issue. The facility is always clean and I love that I actually see them cleaning the equipment as it's being used! I would recommend this place to all in the area in need of PT.

I have been making a lot of progress with recovery from my injury and I am sure that's because of Jon's guidance. He's very careful to always check in with me and make sure that I'm working hard enough, but not too hard, and that nothing ever hurts. It's a big open space, staffed by about 2-4 therapists at a time plus 1-4 assistants and students (plus client care staff at the front). Intake appointments are never double-booked, so you've got your therapist's full attention. After that, it seems that patients are scheduled about 1-2 per PT every half hour, for each hour-long session. I have not found it to be a problem to have Jon working with me and other patients at the same time. He always starts a session by talking with me and giving me his full attention. Often when I am doing an exercise that I already know and feel comfortable with, he will step away to work with another patient for a few minutes. Sometimes he'll spend the first 30 min of my appointment with me, then give a list of exercises to one of the assistants and have them walk me through them. But when I need his help, he's always there. At the end of a session, they always offer ice or heat to cool down and rest. Maybe it's the endorphins from having just worked my body, or maybe it's the healing vibes in the air, but I always get a warm fuzzy feeling watching everyone else in the room. Everyone is either working to become stronger, or helping others heal their bodies. It's a beautiful thing.

I am so grateful for this place as they have been a key contributor in my overall physical wellness and alleviated my knee pain. Nathan was my therapist and I really appreciate him for his knowledge and expertise. He has given me the appropriate exercises to target my pain in such a way that my knee was strengthen and in a matter of weeks I was able to do movements and exercises I was unable to do when I started. I felt better and better every session and was able to do harder exercises. Other assisting therapists were awesome, too. Everyone in the office have been very kind and also efficient. Billing was seamless and I loved the convenience of being able to pay and check in via their app as well as having exercise videos on it in order to manage and maintain an exercise regimen from home. While I hope I will never need to, if ever I do, I will definitely go back to this place and ask for Nathan as my therapist! That said, this location is convenient -- nice neighborhood shops and plenty of parking plus I like the open setting and the windows for natural sunlight! Updating their playlist for variety of lively music would add one more star here. If you like Coldplay and 90s song then they have your jam.
