An office building is often as good as it's receptionist/administrator. This one has got a lulu. Her name is Debbie! Because I am a client of a person with whom I do business in this building I've had a chance to observe this woman for over a period of a year. I felt a need to warn people of this issue because if you're looking for a place to rent an office this person can be a disaster for your business. Hers is not the face you want your clients to see before they see you. This woman has absolutely no class. She is big, unkempt, with disheveled black hair and is constantly on her cell and eating "snacks" at her desk in the reception are. She seems to just ignore everyone that walks in. She appears angry if you happen to get her attention away from her phone. When she takes a business call, I see such apathy and impatience. Would you want your clients to have someone talk to them like that? In front of me and other people in the waiting room, I have heard her gossip about the business people that work in the building, I have heard her swear like a nothing you've ever heard, tell crude stories of her triumphs peppered with F- words and other crude phrases, I saw her tell off one old man who apparently has an office there to "shut your f-ing mouth!" and the man was just asking her a question and ended up just walking away. It's my understanding that this Debbie is responsible for showing office space and reporting problems to maintenance. Well, considering the condition of the bathrooms, literally overflowing with sewage, and trash she is not making a great impression on new renters. I've seen the same toilet problem go unattended for weeks, I like doing business with the person who rents here, but I do not like coming here. We have occasionally met outside of their office of late because I am so disgusted with this woman and the malicious way she treats everyone around her.
