They have been consistently…read moretrying to get me on birth control after telling them why I do not want it in depth, yet they always shove it down my throat like it's a necessity. I did at one point have the bar in my arm from them and when I had to get it removed they used lidocaine which I told them many times did not work for me. I felt every pull from them trying to get it out of my arm, it took 3 of them yanking at my arm for an hour to get it out while I was crying my eyes out in pain. Not only that but I had to have surgery and they scheduled me without any consultation with me at all. They did not take my schedule or work schedule into any consideration. They simply just scheduled me on a day and called to tell me, when I told them that day did not work the nurse, I think her name is Molly, got an attitude with me and kept trying to force me to abide to her wants for MY SURGERY! She even went as far as to push the date through to the intake nurse who called me and was extremely confused when I said I was not having surgery that day and explained I wasn't consulted before scheduling. She apologized for the offices dismissive behavior. The nurse who is supposed to fix the surgery scheduling said she would call me back in 30 minutes, after an hour and a half passed I called back in attempt to get ahold of someone to figure out what was going on. The nurse that answered put me on "hold" but in fact I was not on hold and heard every word from them calling me an impatient b**ch, to them saying I just need to accept the day they want to do the surgery and get over it because it is their decision. I fully understand working with their times as well and expressed that on multiple occasions yet they still are attempting to force me into a day I cannot do. I also have had surgery from them back in February and have a scar that has never healed and every time I have expressed this to them they tell me it'll heal on its own to just give it time. It's been 4 months and I'm still having issues with the "scar" site. They simply are dismissive and do not care about their patients, do not go here, go literally any where else. This place is unprofessional and careless!
