Between filling up at the gas station and getting back to the rental dock the gas gage had gone from full to 3/4. The kid checking me in called up to his manager who told him they said they could charge me (extra inflated marina prices for 1/4 of the tank) or I could fill it myself back at the gas dock. So I went back, spending almost 45 minutes to "fill" for less than two gallons of gas. I will never rent from them again.

The hour went by super fast and was definitely worth trying out for 320ish after refueling and for 2 jet skis. It definitely could be a 5 star experience but given the time to return our rentals, this is where it fell short of the experience. We were informed that we'd just pull up and someone would help us which wasn't the case. It was pretty crowded and they redirected us back out in the water which was fine. We noticed another jet skiier pulled in after the boats and other jet skis cleared out so we followed up too. There wasn't much direction into what we should have done after, so we pulled back into the loading bay and waited around for instructions from one of the team members. We weren't really sure who were team members as they were just watching us and not stepping in to help. We waited 5 mins without anyone letting us know next steps so we headed back to the waiver signing window where she mentioned we needed the fuel payment form. Went back to the dock and they told us we had to wait until someone could fill up our rentals, which ended up taking an extra 45 minutes. TLDR: If you're looking to try jet skiing for the first time I highly recommend it, this place definitely sets you up for a great experience but some organization improvements when returning rentals could definitely make it 5 stars.

Eric & Ashley are real pros; polite, professional and all about safety. The trip got underway and we were up fast. Despite the low land smoke from the fires, the view and the air up there is clear and clean as you can tell by my photos. The ride was gentle, breezy and fun and the dip was hilarious! Shouldn't something should just "work" if you are renting it out? (For some reason renting out something broken isn't something to do in my book, am I crazy?) Second when we took our time to inform them that our friends are stuck out in the middle of the lake they told us some more tips and have US deliver the "tips", still doesn't work. So after like one hour of run around refused to run back and forth once again. And get this they came out and help, but have US tow their jet ski back! And after that we had to talk them into, docking off our rental charge and believe or it not they still made us pay for our gas, and 90% of the gas was used to do their crap! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! Well here we are for our family vacation in Lake Chelan and my granddaughters saw this park and…read moresince they are involved in gymnastics back home they had to come here and burn a little energy today. The park is kinda showing it's age a bit but the staff are friendly and the prices for the trampolines are reasonable so they went for one of the larger trampolines which was 12$ each for an hour they had blast. They also rent boats and jet skis.
