I immediately panicked as the rep stood there in a nonchallant manner stating that they were probably just fleas. As if being covered in fleas is fine! My boyfriend didn't panic as I did and now his legs has so many red, itchy bites that he can't sleep. Aren't reps supposed to make sure the property is presentable before allowing viewing? Unless this company thinks that humans covered with fleas, or whatever they were, is fine, they couldn't have checked out the property beforehand. No wonder they are not BBB accredited. They deserve no stars at all!
