Took my vehicle to them year and half ago with transmission issues. They informed me it needed new…read moretrans as expected the factory one had 200K miles on it. After few months I had to have it towed back to them for slipping in 3rd. They changed a valve and recommended a cooler. Had cooler installed and was towing it back few months later. This time they replaced trans again under warranty. Now I have a shudder and they are telling me its a converter issue and will have to all come out, and possibility trans is bad again. Neither transmission made it 10k miles and now ive spent total value of vehicle trying to solve what I shouldnt have to deal with. I bought something new and will end up having to trash or give away my old vehicle. Take you vehicle somewhere else.
