I highly recommend her for any sales needs. However, with that being said, I am VERY disappointed with Rich Moore, the general manager. My husband, my dad, and I all came in to look and test drive a car. The drive went great, we enjoyed working with Victoria during this part. They ran our credit and spoke to us about our monthly payment. I expect our interest rate to be somewhat high since we are still building credit. Victoria told us our interest rate and we declined to move forward for this time. She was understanding and needed to tell the manager we did not move forward. The manager, Rich Moore, came and sat in front of us saying, "why am I saying here after closing hours and you aren't purchasing the vehicle?" It was 7pm, while they do close at 6, I couldn't start the test drive until 5:30 since I get off work at 5. He then looked at my dad and said, "who are you? What are you doing here?" I told him he is my dad and I wanted him here for moral support. My dad then said he was here for me and to help me. The manager said, "oh, so you want to help you daughter? Then co-sign on the loan." I stepped in and said that is not his place. That is not the reason i asked my dad to come. I wanted him there because I trust him and my husband and wanted both of their opinions. He also assumed we had never bought a car before and told me that I just don't know how high interest rates are. I then told him we HAD bought a car before. The overall experience with Rich Moore, general manager, was VERY disappointing. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful and tried to push us into a deal we were not comfortable with. I would NEVER recommend him for any car sales or working with him. Stay away from him, unless you want to be spoken to in a demeaning tone.

Over all this took a month, cause for the quote it took the young man a week to reach out to me, but I called back a week later to ask for the quote prices and he still didn't have the prices, so that got me skeptical. Confirmed everything over the phone and get here and nothing has arrived. Our neighbor came here and he was upset cause he too had an appointment and his tires wasn't here after even after making an appointment and making adjustments to go to a funeral. He was very upset. So I finally got the phone call that parts has arrived and got everything installed and it's nice & beautiful...only a couple of things to improve is greeting the customers, communication while standing and post signs that there's a waiting room. I didn't k on there was a waiting room at the end of short hallway. I figured there wasn't one cause everyone was waiting on the sales floor around the wheels. I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. We had all maintenance services performed at BMW of Little Rock on time. When we requested a Goodwill/Customer loyalty repair, it was denied by BMW North America and BMW of Little Rock...their reason being that we had purchased one new set of tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. Now they want over $8,000 for repairs on what is a known internal defect. BMW IS A JOKE.
