I highly recommend her for any sales needs. However, with that being said, I am VERY disappointed with Rich Moore, the general manager. My husband, my dad, and I all came in to look and test drive a car. The drive went great, we enjoyed working with Victoria during this part. They ran our credit and spoke to us about our monthly payment. I expect our interest rate to be somewhat high since we are still building credit. Victoria told us our interest rate and we declined to move forward for this time. She was understanding and needed to tell the manager we did not move forward. The manager, Rich Moore, came and sat in front of us saying, "why am I saying here after closing hours and you aren't purchasing the vehicle?" It was 7pm, while they do close at 6, I couldn't start the test drive until 5:30 since I get off work at 5. He then looked at my dad and said, "who are you? What are you doing here?" I told him he is my dad and I wanted him here for moral support. My dad then said he was here for me and to help me. The manager said, "oh, so you want to help you daughter? Then co-sign on the loan." I stepped in and said that is not his place. That is not the reason i asked my dad to come. I wanted him there because I trust him and my husband and wanted both of their opinions. He also assumed we had never bought a car before and told me that I just don't know how high interest rates are. I then told him we HAD bought a car before. The overall experience with Rich Moore, general manager, was VERY disappointing. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful and tried to push us into a deal we were not comfortable with. I would NEVER recommend him for any car sales or working with him. Stay away from him, unless you want to be spoken to in a demeaning tone.
