I did my research and couldn't find anyone who's prices compared to TM's. I contacted Tracey and the entire process was seamless. I put down a 50% deposit and as the wedding got closer she sent me some samples for the picture printouts and I chose which design I liked best. Every time I emailed questions I had, she always got back within 72 hours. You don't have to worry about anything with this company. The set-up and break-down was seamless, quick, and quiet. The Photobooth was a hit and everyone gave me rave reviews about the variety of props they had and how easy it was to use! I highly recommend using TM Fotography for your next Photobooth rental! These guys were hired for my cousin's wedding a couple weekends ago. Not only was the TM Foto staff lady SUPER UNDERDRESSED for her client's (my cousin's) most important day ever (believe me, she stuck out like a sore thumb), but she also stopped shop 15 minutes before her 7pm break-down time. She literally stood in line and told everyone behind her that she was closing up. Get this: She started breaking down the actual photobooth WHILE my other relative and her husband WERE STILL TAKING PICTURES. To add insult to injury, we had the bride confront her and ask her to stay longer (THE BRIDE HADN'T EVEN USED THE BOOTH YET) and of course be paid for the extra time. The TM Foto girl said flat-out no, and that we had her until 7. What is up with that logic? Her job is literally to stand there while other people take photos. Why wouldn't you take the extra $$ for just standing there? That's absurd. Come 6:45PM (party stopped around 10PM) she started telling all the little kids that they couldn't take photos anymore. Trust me, parents were P*SSED OFF. I definitely would never recommend TM Fotography, at least not for a wedding or other formal occasion. Lots of better, professional services in the SF Bay Area that are worth your time and money. read more

This company was hired for my sister's wedding. At first I was eager to take pictures, but had to attend to my MOH duties first, so when I finally had time to take pictures it was about 645pm. This lady was contracted until 7 so my cousins and I figured we had plenty of time to take at least 1 strip of pictures. When we got in line we were RUDELY greeted by photo booth lady (who was horribly underdressed for a wedding) saying that the only people that were allowed to take pictures were those who were already in line (because she was ready to leave). So we looked at the time and let her know that there was still time and asked if we could take 1 picture since we hasn't taken one at all!! She told us that we could stand in line and take our chances to get a picture before 7! I wouldn't be so pissed off about it if she was a little nicer, but she was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE! I then let the bride (my sister) know that she was leaving and she then went ask her if she'd stay longer (and obviously be paid) and the lady said no. Rude much!? All she had to do was stay there for a while longer and be PAID TO DO IT!!! And to top it all off, she was breaking down the booth as some family members were still taking pictures in the booth!!! She was rude and unprofessional and would never recommend her. There are definitely better photo booth companies out there, so don't bother with this one. P.S. Her props were SO LAME! All she brought were ugly cheap hats and plastic Kanye style glasses. read more

Please book with caution. They are very unprofessional, I found them on groupon and called them to double check to see if the date I was interested was available, Tracey answered the call and said yes and set up a meeting to book with her directly. When I met with her, she asked for a full payment, I booked them in April and was very happy and was looking forward to my wedding in December. About 6 weeks before my wedding, Tracey emailed me and said that she and her partner double booked my date and apologized. I was really upset and obviously told her I was very upset, she excessively apologized and said that she would send me my full refund and and a 2-hour voucher for our next event, yah, sure, but when my refund came in the mail, there was no voucher and no other emails with the voucher. Photo booth seems to be their side job and they are not focused on their clients at all, I've called and text her a couple of times asking for the dimensions of the photo booth so I can possibly make my own backdrop, she responds and said she'll email me with the dimension but she didn't. The only time I heard from Tracey was when she was cancelling with me. Please go with someone else and save yourself some stress because they don't really care about their clients. read more

Here's why I went with Tracey and TM Fotography with my Photobooth needs: Most photobooth vendors provide you with a package of $450+ for 2 hour rental and charge props and custom print layouts as add-ons. With Tracey, her 2-hour rental $400 package includes the box of props and the custom prints. I sent her a sample of our giveaway jar of candies and asked her if she could match the design on the labels. She was able to match it and it came out beautifully. It was definitely cohesive to the color scheme of the wedding. I loved Tracey. In person, she's so warm and so friendly, I would love to hire her again! read more

I had originally contacted Tracey regarding her photobooth services in July for our upcoming wedding. Long story short, I had submitted my 50% deposit per her contract and was looking forward to working with her. Months had passed and as we were getting closer to our big day (30 days out), I contacted Tracey to start configuring the layout for our prints. It seemed very apparent that the design I was looking for, was a bit out of her league... I got every excuse from I have the flu, to it will be ready in a few days.... I had a feeling that the design was a bit to complex, but didn't want to underestimate her work, as I had not worked with her before... Sure enough I get an email 14 days prior to our big day.... Tracey indicated that she will no longer be able to do our wedding...WTF? In my opinion, this is very unprofessional; but what was I going to do. I ended up having to book with another company. Though I was bitter when Tracey broke the news, I am very happy that I had the chance to work with a much more professional company! If I could give this business zero stars I would, but Yelp has a minimum of one star... Proceed with caution!!! read more

I should thank Juice in the City for the greatest offer I've found! We found Tracy through the deal last year before the holiday season and we had our photo session in late January, 2011. We had canceled 2 sessions before we finally met her. The session was for my son's 1st birthday and when he wasnt feeling so well, we had to cancel the session, twice!!! Tracy understood and was so nice to keep rescheduling. And we had our session on a saturday afternoon. I was sooo happy that she could do it on a saturday! When I met her she was so cheerful and active, she even made me feel up and smiely. We are Korean and my son was wearing his best traditional 1st year birthday attire from Korea. Along with him, my husband and I wore the trad. attire too. The pictures came out and we could not be happier. When my in-laws saw the pictures, they loved it so much that my mother-in-law wanted to have every one of the pictures framed, made into an album, on a CD and a few best ones in wallet sizes! Seriously, she made everyone look at the pictures over and over again with oooohs and ahhhhs. My son wasn't smiling much and wasn't being very cooperative during the shoot and Tracy's pictures captured only the best smiles and giggly faces. I don't know how she does it but she not only takes the perfect pictures but also makes the sessions perfectly smiley and laughable! Thank you Tracy for such a wonderful session and we will see you on my son's second birthday :) PS: in my country (Korea), the pro photographers and studios are very upscale and costs a lot to get good quality session. I love Tracy and was so glad I met her. She provided a photo booth at our wedding. It was such a hit! My guest just loved loved loved it. I had talked to other people and Tracy's service , product and price blew them away. Plus Tracy and her husband were just awesome people. I would recommend them again. Love TM Fotography!! Photo booths come a dime a dozen these days. However, finding one that is reasonably priced with fantastic customer service is not easy. Thank goodness for Yelp! Tracey is awesome! She provided me with her photo booth with props for my wedding and it was major hit with my guests! It was such a great hit that I requested for Tracey to stay a little longer..she was super friendly and flexible. WARNING!!!!! Tracy is very unprofessional. I tried doing business with her and first she seemed very eager to want to do my event. It started becoming very clear that she is not professionally trained in photography or in her photo booth rental business. Other than basic layouts she was unable to do what she promised .As time went by and my event date was coming closer she became hard to get a hold of. Worst is that she never returned our calls. I knew she was avoiding us when I called from a different number and she finally answered. I ended up using a more established and professional photographer, who also has heard of all the horror stories from TM Photography. I'm just lucky that I didn't actually have her do my very important special event. If I could I would give her zero stars but Yelp only allows 1 star as the lowest. Tracey is by far the best photographer I have ever worked with. Her attention to detail and her friendly personality makes any session relaxing....yes I said relaxing. I have 2 small kids a 3 year old and 1 year old and it's never an ordeal with Tracey. The kids love her and are very comfortable around her. Tracey provided the Photo Booth for our wedding and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a Photo Booth. Initially I thought a Photo Booth was out of our budget and was pretty disappointed. Then I found tracey! She gave us everything we wanted at a fraction of the cost of other vendors. I was a bit nervous to hire someone I never met but I am glad i took the chance on tracey. She was professional, quick to respond and friendly to all of our guest. Her booth is also really cool! Some vendors use a piece of fabric on the wall and just take your photo- I did NOT want this and was pleasantly surprised when tracey send me photos of her booth. Lastly, I was really touched by the fact that tracey stayed about 10 minutes late for us because my dad did not discover the booth until the end of the night. He was having so much fun with it and wanted a few more pictures. Even though I was over the time I paid for, tracey not only stayed but was also very kind and gracious about letting my dad take photos with me and my siblings.
