Prior to the event, he went to the venue to check out the best locations for photo opportunities. Our event ended at 10 PM. That night he must have spent hours preparing a special gift for our daughter. It was a slide show set to her wedding song, suitable for posting on Facebook. He said that often the couples have to wait so long before the professional photographs are done and so he wanted her to have something right away. He did an amazing job that totally captured the event from the pinning on the men's boutonnières, to the bridal party leaving the limo, through the entire event. Each photo captured the spirit of love and joy that characterized the event. His prices are incredibly reasonable for the services he provides. He even includes a 40 page photo book for the couple and a high quality image for framing. Since we did not want a large 10x 14 photo he let us substitute smaller images. Everything Frank did was well thought out and professional. He includes two sets of photos- one high resolution and suitable for printing and framing and the other low resolution for easy posting on social media. She made no effort to make things right or apologize for us having a bad experience. Edited review: In 2019, I took my first born when he was 2 weeks old to Rebecca to get some shots for a birth announcement. We went in for a shoot, she said it would be a few hundred $ for the shoot. We didn't ask for it, but she really wanted to do a "classic" naked baby shoot with him asleep. We should have just said no thank you. In hindsight, this is obvious, but we ended up getting pee'd and poo'd on. We had to leave, as we didn't have any more clean clothes. She offered to have us back a week later, which was nice. We came back, and the baby was more cooperative. 3 weeks later, she has us come in and review the photos, they looked great! She wanted to sell us prints. We were only interested in the digitals, we should have asked about this before the shoot. We only found out that the digitals would be more than a thousand $ additional after the shoot. It left us feeling pretty sour because our baby was now 6 weeks old, and we had no choice but to pay her. The photos came out nice, and everyone loved the birth announcement, but I still think about the bad experience we had when I look at them. New: I've now hired professional photographers for all 3 of my babies, and I have context to be confident that there are better options elsewhere that include digital in their base price, and don't have a dated business model that assumes you are buying prints.
