We did the primary research on our venue and vendors, but we also went with a lot of Katie's recommended vendors (which are all top notch). Katie was there to consult with us along the way, and she met with our venue point of contact. She made sure we had hire all the vendors we needed, our floor plans made sense, our rentals are correct, etc etc. When it came closer to the wedding, Katie sends us a long document to fill out. After that she took over and told us that we don't have to do any more planning, and that we should just focus on relaxing and having fun! On the day of the wedding, Katie and her team got the rental equipment and set up everything. She later revealed that there were a lot of unforeseen issues with the rental, but when we showed up to the venue, everything was perfect and we had no idea that any issues had happened earlier. Katie took care of all the complications, and didn't show an ounce of tiredness. Katie was super organized, kept everybody in line and made sure we stayed on schedule. Everything was perfect. Floral + design service: We gave Katie our style and vision and she just ran with it. A lot of our guest complimented on how stylish the wedding was, and it was 100% Katie and team. Upon searching Craigslist for used lights, I came across A-Tough Lighting. Can't tell you how happy I am that I sent that e-mail. Tank was very quick to respond and we set up a time in the next few days for a consultation. We discussed ideas and he was extremely helpful in working with our budget. We immediately were happy with our decision Here were a few decided on that were delivered wonderfully: -Zigzagged Italian lights for our reception room -String lights outside over ceremony -Wall of lights that were roughly 24 ft wide by 30 ft high (turned out AMAZING) -Draped curtain of lights to the entrance of huge barn like door -Tons of uplighting creating pathways and great detail Tank was awesome. I was browsing through facebook and they so happened to come across my feed and I thought to myself, you know what? It's time for my girls to have a photoshoot together for their upcoming birthdays. We had just came back from Disney and they were star struck with all the costumes and fairytale story lines that I thought this would be a perfect excuse. I received a text message letting me know that I won the giveaway and that I was to schedule a phone appointment to get my children's details. After the phone call I did some research and at that time there wasn't much reviews on Yelp about this studio but after reading a few reviews I just told myself, bring the husband and let's commit. They followed up with text messages prior to the appointment (which I certainly appreciate) and had great communication with the staff. The day of the photoshoot (weekend), we pulled up into a semi empty business center and was able to find our way to the suite. We walked in and my kids were stunned with the magical décor and water fountain that greeted us. There was another family before us in the lobby and the parents were watching their children's photoshoot from a tablet. Everyone, this place is legit! My daughter's room was set up with their fairytale outfits and they LOVED their dresses. Every single person on the staff was very kind to my girls and when my youngest ventured off to play with the props one of the employees sat down and played with her. So the pricing. It's expensive and I'm not going to lie, even with the giveaway if I wanted to purchase additional photos it was going to be a hefty price. However, the experience my daughter's had, the quality of the props and photos, on top of that... the enhancements were well worth it. We where chosen for a free photo shoot off of a contest advertised on Facebook. So we didn't have…read moreto pay for the sitting (except for a $50 deposit) The studio staff are friendly and professional. The photographer was able to capture our cat's likeness very well. The studio felt secure and the rooms are private so we felt comfortable letting our cat out. She was comfortable in the space.  The photo package prices are expensive, more than what we where expecting. The salesperson was able to make a custom package for us however, and they do have payment plans available. (Part of the prize included a $150 discount as well) The salesperson did talk too much for our liking though. She asked far too many irrelevant questions about our cat, and our relationship with our cat. What was supposed to be a 45 minute to an hour Zoom session, ended up being nearly two hours.
