Found the new modal that replaced mine somewhere else and wow, plugs and color are the same. He just didn't want to help. I have to call Customer Service and now I am still waiting for another repairman to give me an appointment. The leather company tells me three days in a row they are getting me scheduled and they never do. Now I am back to Bassett Customer Service who are suppose to call me in the morning with a date for a repair.
